Been using them for 10+ years staff was always super nice but you could tell they were stretched too thin and working in very uncomfortable conditions. Must have caught up. Now grossly understaffed. I waited 40+ minutes today for a simple Rx pickup. The phone was ringing off the hook and were only 2 people behind counter. It was shocking. Folks in line said it’s been like that for weeks. I’m moving my Rx elsewhere. Disaster

They are always helpful at this CVS. The people working in the pharmacy always answer your questions, and ask you some questions to make sure you understand everything.

Worst run pharmacy I ever seen. Rude and unfriendly. I waited 45 minutes in the line to get my prescription. In which they didn’t have. So I waited until the next day and spent 37 minutes on hold just to have the pharmacist pick say hello and hang up all in the same motion. Its unreal how unprofessional they are. I will have my prescription changed to Walgreens.

THE WORST. Was on hold for 47 minutes. Was told my medicine would be ready in 30 minutes and I arrived at the pharmacy and they said it’s another 30 minutes. The front desk lady at the pharmacy was a total nightmare and incredibly rude. She had a major attitude. I’ll never come back to this one again.

If I could give them 0 I would. The pharmacy staff is rude and very unwilling to help. There is nothing convenient about this store.

Super rude. Went to ask the pharmacy if they carried a certain vitamin and the pharmacy clerk quickly dismissed me and said she didn’t know and I needed to ask someone who stocks the shelves. Walgreens is the way to go around here.

I went in for a flu vaccine and while I was waiting, there were several people inside and a lot going on in the pharmacy. I want to give a shout to their staff. They were very professional and nice. They spent time with customers where most people wouldn't have the patience under the same circumstances. Great job CVS Pharmacy - PI!

Let me just start out saying I have never felt so disrespected and talked down to in my life I came to here to get medicine for my sick family member and the lady refused to let me buy it because my boyfriend (who didn’t have his wallet/DL) handed her the cash I had to buy the medicine and she asked for a DL so I was like here’s mine and she refused to let me buy it just because my boyfriend handed her the cash I GAVE HIM TO HAND TO HER! like fine I’ll take my business to Publix they have a better atmosphere and customer service skills anyways. I will never recommend anyone go here go to Walgreens or publix you’ll have a better experience! CVS DO BETTER!

Was just refused a Covid 19 test. After multiple appointments made today. They said I was too late. Because I was 5 minutes late to my second appointment of the day. "Reschedule or go to the emergency room" she said to me. I am super sick. Awe well

Their website & phone says the store opens at 7am on weekends. I was there at 7:45am on Saturday 7/10/21 and they were NOT open. This is the second time this happened to me. They need to update their hours on the website & phone since the manager can’t get her act together on weekends.
