Order took more than 50 minutes to complete (Carryout order), so after visiting the store twice I picked it up and should have checked it before leaving! A pepperoni mushroom pizza was 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni when I arrived home. And I called the store immediately to let them know -- Have been on hold 20:44 minutes and still on hold!! And at 10:30 pm, no desire to go back out./ They did finally answer and delivered the correct pizza at 11 pm.

Ordered online at 8:19 for delivery, still no progress on tracking app at 9:19. Called store and worker said that they were getting the order ready. At 10:30…still no pizza or progress on app. Called store and got order cancelled and made sure that money was put back on my card. There was no apology or explanation. This was the worst experience I ever had. Do not order from them!

Ordered pizza delivery ...2 hours later still no pizza ...not answering their phone!! Finally got "manager" lol......and she hung up on me!! Last resort if you want pizza!!! Very last resort!!

Slowest service ever. After waiting 45 minutes I asked the woman behind the counter for an estimate of when it would be done, she made no effort and replied I have no idea. Seems they are making orders one at a time. Orders are backed up and people are walking out. Still don't have food.

Ordered over and hour ago and the pizza still isn’t here. Called and was on hold for over 6 minutes. I asked how much longer it would take and they said probably about 45 minutes to 1 hour. I asked for the order to be cancelled and for money back. They said 5-10 business days. This is after the first person on the phone said they don’t know anything about people getting money back. I’ve never written a negative review but thus is ridiculous. I only ordered 2 pizzas. I could of made them myself during that time. No discounts or coupons offered even after such poor service.

I placed an order through the app. The app told me it was ready. I stood in the store for 5 minutes as the employees ignored me and the others waiting at the counter. Finally, one of the cooks yells at someone standing around to go to the front. I ask to pick up my order which says it is ready on the status tracker on the wall. "Oh, that'll be 15-20 minutes, would you like to pay now?" I had already paid in the app. The employees were confused and I just walked away. Finally picked up my pizza after a ridiculous wait. I would not care nearly as much if they didn't waste my time by telling me it was ready when it was not and then asking me to pay a second time. Pay your workers enough to care and hire more staff for rush hour.

Had delivery to pawleys plantation. The driver was super nice and courteous. Everywhere else had a 2 hour wait for delivery, Dominos delivered within 35 minutes and the pizza was hot and tasty.
