I love your store. But PLEASE change your hours on your website. On your website you show being opened on Friday nights till 8:00. I came to your store at 7:20 and you were closed and the sign on your door showing your new hours closing at 7:00. This was so very frustrating to show up and you’re closed. As I was leaving other people were driving in expecting you to be opened. Please be considerate and update your hours on your website.

I feel bad for anyone reviewing that they were treated poorly, because I'd be upset also; however, in all my years (and I have a lot of years), from the front register to the employees working the store, the photo area I think it is I've never used (but they ask if they can help) ... to the store managers ... and everyone in pharmacy, I've always been greeted with friendly smiles and knowledgeable help. The pharmacists go above and beyond to help, and it's nice to be greeted by name when I pull up to the drive-thru by the sweet and helpful young ladies no matter how busy they all are, and they are. The store is always clean and well stocked also. I sincerely love this Walgreens.

This place is horrible. The staff is rude and clueless and the pharmacy is downright deplorable. I have been using this place for YEARS and have never had so many problems. My medicine is always out of stock and the hours to pick them up are ridiculous. How is this place in business if they are closed most of the time??? Their hours are mon-Fri but only until 5 exactly. They are closed more days then not and there’s no notification of this until you get there and can’t get your meds. Idk why they don’t do weekends but that’s a new update as well which is seriously inconvenient for a lot of its customers. I’m typing this as I try and switch to Publix because they are this bad.

Incredibly rude staff. Patti refused to give a refund on my dad’s briefs (he had just died) , so I went to Georgetown Walgreens and they gave me the refund immediately. Then when I tried to make a purchase with cash, Patti told me she was closing the register and could only accept a credit card, so I had to get at the back of the other line to be rung up. Hard to believe.

Tried getting my vaccine that was scheduled today and legit the pharmacy was closed. No email notification or anything so I left work early for nothing…. Thanks a lot Walgreens thanks for nothing.

Terrible. I went to the pharmacy to get a new vaccine card, and the pharmacist was rude, and told me that it was impossible to get a replacement. As it turns out, it’s not impossible, and it took five minutes at the next Walgreens I went to. The other staff were very polite, but they clearly have high turnover, as they told me the only person who knew how to use the photo kiosks had quit. I don’t know what’s going on with this Walgreens, but if you need anything beyond a simple prescription pickup or an off the shelf product, you’d be better off going elsewhere.

The staff at this location is unbelievably rude and indifferent. On 12/23, they refused to honor a 25% off coupon I received from corporate Walgreens via email. This coupon was included as an offer with my email notice that I had an online order ready for pick up. They said there was "too much fraud" with digital coupons and their manager, Tad Simpson, told them not to accept any digital coupons. Their horrible customer service is symptomatic of a poor store manager. Don't waste your time at this location; go to cvs.

This place absolutely has no manners what so ever. Well, I should say a couple of their employees have no manners. I literally just called their to ask a question because I placed a photo order before Christmas and it still isnt completed when I was promised it woild be ready in an hour. I placed the order on the 22nd of December. I have been extrememly patient and haven't once gotten upset or out of hand all i have asked is for them to let me know when it would be ready. This is extremely upsetting.

Really bad. I'll go back to Murrells Inlet to get my prescriptions filled. Its a further drive but more predictable. In Pawleys Ive asked 3 times for an auto refill only to be told today that new prescriptions wont auto refill. Obviously, this is NOT a new prescription. One time before I went and they did NOT run my drug savings cards thru. Took them back up there (again) to get my prescription filled and get my savings. She says ohh we already have these on file. I said no, last time I came I did not get the savings. She said oh they must not have ran it thru. What??? I have used Walgreens for over 10 years and this location is by far "on drugs".
