0 starts is more like it. Didn’t even experience the service because the customer service from the beginning was the worst! Salon opened late with only one tech. I only needed to gel polish fixed on 2 nails. The color I have was unavailable because my previous service was in a different state, tech advised me to go back to where i went. Didn’t try to suggest any possible alternate. I feel for anyone that has to deal with her because of this being 1 of few nail salons in the area. Guess I’m walking around with 2 unpolished thumbs until i return home.

Any reviews over 3 stars are hard to believe. I just received the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. Nails are uneven, paint is all over my cuticles w no attempt to remove it, very rough and careless.
