Great place to take your automobile for any and all services that they offer if you having an issue that they can solve, they are dependable, reliable and reasonable. I took my vehicle to several different places to have problem check and was not able to find anyone who could help with my situation, finally brought my car here on a recommendation and was please from the very beginning. Told my situation to Ms. Natalie and she was very helpful and got me in and out of there within a day or two after part arrived, even though they told me it take several days. I went to a main dealership for repairs and was told my truck (‘05 Silverado) was not worth the cost to fix it. I was told bad transmission, everything was bad under neath, and all my lines were no good. $15k to repair. I decided to get a second opinion and was rewarded with AAMCO. From day one they kept me in the loop with the issues and repairs. It ended up being a rodent chewed through my lines and a few sensors had to be replaced. Work totaled under $1k and my truck is running good as new. The quick and friendly service of the employees won over my trust and confidence immediately even after being lied to by a dealership. Went in on January 3 to have my car looked at, they needed to order parts from KIA and would call me back. They didn't call so I called them.. "Natalie usually handles that, I'll have her call". January 30, still no call. I'm looking at other options. ●EDIT●...I did finally get a call and Natalie was super. Everything was handled professionally and she even went above and beyond with the insurance company to cover possible replacement, not just repair. I've changed my rating from a 2 star to a 4. I do recommend Aamco.

Check engine light came on in my Chrysler Town and country so I took it to a service provider that diagnosed that my transmission was going bad. I also had that confirmed by the Chrysler dealership. So I decided to look online and check reviews on different transmission specialist. I came across aamco in Summerville owned by Natalie and Justin. Great choice. I'm very happy how quickly my transmission was replaced and how well my van is running. Natalie and Justin are very professional and knowledgeable.
