If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I get that you’re short staffed, but that doesn’t give any of your employees a reason to be hateful to people that walk through the door, especially in front of my young daughter. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. I’d highly recommend anywhere else.

Worst experience ever. The paper work said to be here at 9:00, I got here and they told me to come back at 10:00. Came back at 10:00 and now it's 11:00 and I'm still waiting. And to top it off this place is dirty!

The staff was caring and professional. I am a hard stick and the tech who spoke with me first gave a tip for how I can hydrate the day and night before to make things easier for myself. And Yvette, who drew the blood was as good and kind as I had heard.

Absolutely dreadful. There’s one tech there is delightful, friendly and professional. The one I had today was terrible. She was so incredibly rude to patients and talking at them, snappy, no greeting or direction. I wanted to go off in there honestly because I’ve never seen anything like it before. I know everyone has bad days but it is obvious that is just how she is.

MARCH 2022 And why would honest folks with "with negative reviews [want to] fool you"? We are performing a service in a world of fakeness. DEC 2021 I stand by my review. It is what it is. NOT shilling for this place. WHAT Covid rules? Tiny waiting room with too many people in it. No one working the check in window. Walked in with prepaid test order and staff said, "What is THIS?!!" Blew my vein taking blood. No urine specimen "trapdoor" in the lavatory. I was told to walk it in to the lab area. Seems to me there must be some medical sanitary rules about that.

Yevette is amazing. She is why i come to this location. I have never had someone as good as she is. Quick, pain free, friendly, and a just so sweet. I hope corporate acknowledges her cause i have reached out twice. Cherish employees like her. She is the reason so many come to this location.

This place is an absolute joke. Made an appointment online, showed up, and was told I’m an Walk-In customer. Showed them the email with my appointment. Staff was extremely unfriendly, and was of no help. Have been waiting for 2 hours for an appointment I made!

Took my dad here to get his lab work done. The phlebotomyst Jay was very nice. When we were waiting Jay saw some old lady having trouble with the digital check in. He took time to take her license and check in for her. Great young man!!!!

I made a same day appointment online to get blood work done and was seen right at the scheduled time even with reduced staff. Ms. Yvette was very friendly and professional and I was done in less than 5 minutes.

Don't let some of these negative reviews fool you... I was in and out today before my scheduled time came because I arrived 10 minutes early. Yevette was funny, personable, and absolutely professional! Never even felt the needle of the blood being drawn. I'd go see Yevette every time if I could! Thank you LabCorp Summerville for exceeding my expectations!
