Decided to buy a Christmas gift that they have on sale. They have a display. Asked employee who told us to go to customer service. Wife stood in line about 20 minutes where I joined in to ask about the item. Customer service representative called several people by name on the radio. Then started generically call for help. No one would answer. I explained being disabled I can not stand. She said to have a seat and she would get someone for us. That was 2:40 pm. A manager came to the customer service desk and helped work through the long line of people and left. I saw him at the registers and went to try and speak to him. I tried several times to catch up to him following him across the front of the store until he went up a set of stairs. I finally went to the end of the customer service desk and stood. The representative saw and asked had anyone help us. I reminded her we had been sitting waiting for over 40 minutes. She called in her radio and the store PA. A larger man showed up and asked if her could help. I asked for an explanation as to why they has us sitting nearly an hour by then. He only wanted to know what we wanted and once he was told he strolled off. I cornered the manager John W. I explained all that had happened and asked for an explanation. Just as the big guy who went to look for our item who the manager called the merchandise manager Mark had done he blamed this person and another. Both had radios and both if listening should have heard customer service calling all the different people and asking for anyone to help. We were told that if product is in the back there is no one to help you between 2:00 & 4:00 pm. Since this was a gift when paying was asked and an extended warranty. I agreed to purchase it. I was handed the reciept and I asked about the paperwork for the extended warranty. Manager John W said he didn't know where to get it. I told him if they are selling the warranty and are supposed to hand out paperwork that said paperwork should be at every register. The merchandise manager Mark went to electronics and got instructions on it but not the pamphlet. The manager did walk out with us and assisted loading the item. We were offered or given any type of explanation nor apology. There was a lot said but this would be way too long to include. On top of this being condensed I would like to say that this is the 4th times something like this has happened at this hey 64 Sam's club. At least the last time we were purchasing a patio heater as a gift and as compensation they gave us some off the price. Manager John W didn't offer and the experience had wore us out.

I really like this Sam’s Club. The cafe has tasty inexpensive food, the store is clean and the staff is friendly. I’m only taking one star away because the parking lot, particularly in the vicinity of the gas station IS NOT safety whatsoever. It’s as if the prospect of saving 10 cents for a gallon of gas devolves everyone into reckless neanderthals. Anytime I’ve parked my car around that area I’ve nearly ended up getting rear ended because people drive so fast to wait in line for gas. This isn’t really Sam’s fault. There’s clear signage everywhere. It’s the people that make it dangerous. If you enjoy your safety I recommend parking as far away from the gas station as possible. You’ll get some additional steps in, and drive away alive.

Maybe MGMT will read this, but I doubt it. The store is fine and seems to have everything we always need. That is the plus. The negative is why do you have 10 checkout lanes and 10 self check out lanes with 1 checkout lane open and then no one helping people in self checkout. 1 person up front at the most critical place during the busiest time? Lines down the ailses. Please dont say we dont have people to work. You have people - put them in the right places. If the mangers and supervisors need to check someone out then do it! There needs to be at least 2 people helping with issues in the self checkout. You should have 2 - 3 people at least working the other check outlines. Ridicilous. You pay for a services by joining the Sams Club and then Sams doesnt follow through with what they are supposed to be doing. If you arent going to have people up front then dont charge a membership fee.

Quick and easy to use their self checkout on your phone. Yet the app did show some items as "out of stock" but it was fully stocked on the sales floor. I mean like an entire pallet and half of another.

Taking poor customer service to a whole new level. Shopping in person is fine but don't expect to get your pick up order on time. Multiple times my pick up orders have been ready days later with no contact.

2 hours behind on online pickup orders. Their app Is a complete joke when it comes to updates. Prices keep going up , service lower and lower. Have cut up my Sam's card. They will never get another penny from me

Today, I was in the store and saw a lot of positive things! Associates working as a team. Every associate I encountered was awesome. Great Job!

What is the point of being a plus member if the early hours shopping is open to everyone and their mothers? No one was checking cards at the door. The store was unorganized and in complete shambles. The bakery personnel were extremely rude and unprofessional. I saw that they were bagging up hoagie rolls and asked if I could get a bag. They rudely told me that they weren't ready and they didn't know when they would have them out. They were sitting right there. I came back by after me shopping and they still werent out. It was over thirty minutes later, and they were right there bagged up with no label. Just print a label and give me a bag. I'm not asking that anyone goes above and beyond for me. Just do the bare minimum of your job.

This is a very convenient location for the surrounding area outside of Memphis, Tn. But, if you're traveling on I-40 & need to stock up on supplies, gas or need a place to boondock, this is just off off I-40 take exit 18 then right right at the bottom of the ramp and you are there! Clean, organized and you can be in & out fast. Caution: the weekends can be very busy. There's a super Walmart right next door too! This is a shopping MECA! There's Wolfchase mall across the street and plenty of restaurants too! Coffee shops to high end eateries. The food is great at Sam's and you can't beat the price either. Holiday hours in place right now!

Train wreck today!! Nobody stepping up to direct massive lines and people!! No carts available inside of store and no worries about the subject when I brought it up!! Wheels missing on carts in parking lot and not enough carts it appears. Employees standing around that could be fixing these issues. Need to supervise better all areas on major weekend and a Saturday!!!
