If I could give no stars i would. I needed 1 tire and a rotation. The Attendant stated they couldn't rotate cause the tread rating was bad on the NEW tires i didn't change and said I had to buy another new tire to rotate, but did rotate the other 2 that i already had. They're liars and thieves in my opinion.

Worst service ever!! My car got pulled into garage for oil change at 1:30 in the afternoon with no other cars ahead of me on oil change side. I was there for 2 hours until I lost my patience and told them to just give me my car back. There was only 2 employees and the service manager working and granted I get it.. short staffed but the 2 garage guys did nothing but talk and kept going in and out of garage to checkout area! They literally did nothing in garage the whole time I was there! You’d think the service manager would get out there and help them out! Nope! These people are very inconsiderate towards other peoples’s time! Never again!!

BEWARE! I only needed a tire repaired due to a screw in the tread. After 12 minutes to get me entered into the computer, 50 minutes waiting inside, I was told the tire could not be patched. I told the guy, I understand those circumstances by which a tire can't be patched when it is partially on sidewall, but that this isn't one of those. He wouldn't back down from his position (wanting to sell a new tire). I told him I would take it to Firestone. I did. It was repaired within the hour. I detest and call out unethical business practices! Scoundrels! Stay Away! Service: Tires

Love this particular automotive center. The service manager is a nice guy. The workers and the auto care center are awesome and have good knowledge. I always get my oil changed and my tires rotated and balanced at this location. This is my eighth year using this Auto Care Center

Yesterday I arrived when they were supposed to opened 40 minutes later. Didn't have 4 tires so I ordered the tire and made a 1:00 o'clock appointment for tires and oil change for the next day. I waited almost 4 hours before it was done. Nice staff but under staffed.

Techs were slow. Had 1 car in front of me getting a battery installed. Took over an hour for them to change the battery. Then the techs heehawed around for another 45 mins before they put mine on the rack. Pitiful service for so-called professionals. Wont be back for tires. Service: Tires

These guys working in oil and lube center have no clue what they are doing. Took my wife's 06 Saturn vue for oil change. I asked them to check all fluids including transmission because it occasionally slips when driving. Wanted to make sure there was plenty of fluid. Three different "technicians" told me they couldn't check it because and I quote " your transmission is sealed and has no dipstick to check it" . I walked all 3 of them to the car and showed them exactly wear it is. All of them said they looked for 10 minutes for it and couldnt find it. It is very easy to find. There is only 2 one for oil and one for transmission fluid. Needless to say I will not be taking her car or any of the other 3 we have back there. Will post pictures of how easy it is to find later. They got 2 stars because they did actually change the oil.

On August 5th I visited the center in west Morristown,TN. They did an oil change and tire balancing and rotation. During the service they damaged the rocker trim on our Grand caravan. I went through the steps of filling a claim. Walmart claim service called me and said get estimates and send to them at provided information. We did so and never heard from them again. We called and left multiple messages, emails, no reply. The body shop called also. No no replies. I did some research and BBB gives Walmart a D rating. Also there are pages and pages of complaints exactly like mine with the exact results. You get one call and then you never hear from them again. Damage to my vehicle was over $800. Never take your vehicle to Walmart for service.
