My car needed a new cabin air filter. I sat in the car while the work was done. I watched and listened as the mechanic worked with a car he had never done before. I saw team work, problem solving, can-do attitude, analysis, thinking out loud, positive thinking, cheerfulness. This was my first time there: I'll be back.

Plastic oil dipstick holder broke when they first started to change my oil. Clearly was not their fault, but they went ahead and bought me a new one, replaced it, and got me back good as new. Great customer service. A+. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Before starting my oil change we asked how much it would cost total with service charges and fees and we were told $78. After oil change was finished, we were then told it was $100. Although service techs were very friendly, he could not tell me why it cost $100 all of a sudden. I was told, “I’m not sure, but my system says $100 now, sorry.” Many other places quoted us $60 total, I stopped here for convenience but had I known it would be $100, I would have gone else where. My last vehicle was a VW TDI and I would pay $100 for oil change, to pay this much for a Toyota is pretty ridiculous and I am very frustrated. Will not be back. Service: Oil change

I would recommend this shop to anyone needing maintenance work done on their vehicle. I have used them whenever I need an oil change or tire replacement/alignment for the last four years. Every member of the staff has been personable and helpful whenever I've gone. If I have an appointment they start working on my car as soon as I arrive, and if I need work done that I haven't planned ahead, they work me into their scheduled appointments and go out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of. They work quickly and I've never had issue with any of the work they've done. I am thankful to have a reputable shop right around the corner; that is rare this day and age! You need to pay close attention or this place will rip you off. Their oil changes were usually in the $69.99-$79.99 range for synthetic, even after gas prices went up. I went in today and it went up to $115, with no notice. They also should know that a synthetic oil change lasts 5k-10k miles (my Toyota manual says it can go 10k miles between changes), but they still put 3k miles on your sticker, even after you request that they change it, because they "recommend" changing it sooner. Of course they do, it's more money in their pockets! Sorry but I'll stick with the recommendation from my car manufacturer and will avoid your business in the future. Service: Oil change

The service manager, Wayne, is very knowledgeable and very kind. He checked the oil change I paid for & then checked both air filters and replaced them, also changed out wiper blades. Most importantly, he told me how he has worked there since this store opened. He was a genuine employee and truly cared about the services being provided. They are always fun, fast and knowledgeable when it comes to my vehicle. I trust them and that's a rare sometimes 😉. The wait time is never long ☺️. On oil changes they check everything down to the horn 📯 great bunch of people!

Pros: Good quick oil change Cons: Will try to scam you on tires. Prior to this oil change I had replaced all 4 tires on my vehicle. After the change the salesperson recommended I replace two of them. These tires had less than 6000 miles on them. When I asked for what specifically was wrong them I got a non answer. He didn't show me any tire balding, inflation problems or any of the myriad of other tire issues. It was just a generic you need to replace them.
