This Kroger is the worst I’ve ever seen. The store is dirty and poorly managed. There is so much inventory stacked in the aisles that it’s impossible to shop. Blocked aisles are not only inconvenient; they are also a fire hazard.

These establishments getting dumber by the day with gas 4 dollars who will tell someone to be at a interview at a certain time then have them waiting over 15 minutes I just walked out very poor managing skills the lady Nelson had me to come at 330 just to leave me n her office no ppl skills no management just these companies needs to do better with they choices of the face of the company

Come here if you want to get a contact high. Do not enter the building of you are required for your job or something else to take drug tests, you'll test positive after 5 minutes in this place. Seems like there's a pot haze surrounding every customer. Not only the smell, but it's absolutely the worst, most disgusting Kroger I've ever been to. Not just in Memphis, but in probably 50 different Krogers throughout NC, SC, Ohio, Indiana.. by far the worst. Constantly empty shelves, anything that is on the shelves, is just messy and disorganized. The Memphis area seriously needs a Publix or different chain to come in and run Kroger out or at least make them step up their quality. Or maybe it's just how Memphis is.

2 cashier's at 5 pm! No Sackers Ms. Mary doing the best she can. Lines all the way to the middle of grocery aisles. And Customers agging their own grocery. Kroger there are 2 points of control.. the front door and the back door! I understand the "nobody wants to work" but I dont understand why.managers are upstairs in offices while the store is going to hell

I purchased 5 items, last item being a pharmacy item. I attempted to check out in pharmacy and pharmacy tech who was not wearing name tag and refused to give her name stated they were only checking out people who had prescriptions. This is worst Kroger in my area I know not to expect any better. I don't know why I keep trying to give them my business. Hopefully I will choose the 1 on Riverdale which is just as close and I've never had an issue with. Man I don't see how they stay in business.

I Loooooove This Kroger!!!! Well except for the long wait to check out. I just hate having to check out my own groceries after shopping. My Favorite part about this Kroger is the deli. My favorite items on this deli, that Never disappoint is the Maple Turkey Breast and the Rotisserie Chicken Salad. This Kroger ALWAYS has my favorite items. Of course the entire store is Awesome and very well stocked. This is a beautiful store!!! Not all Krogers are the same. Who knew?

I really like this location of Kroger. Customer service is good. They always have sale on their products. I love to shop fruits and vegetables because they are fresh and kept very clean.They are even giving COVID shots.
