Honestly, in my opinion this is one of the worst Walmarts in Memphis! Every time I visit they are always low in black hair products, household supplies, and some foods. There are never enough cashiers, but I guess you can say that's at most places these days. The atmosphere is not that inviting and some of the workers are not that helpful. I only go in there if it's totally necessary and I'm in the area. All in all, it's okay. Thanks for reading😁

********NO FOR PICKUP AT THIS STORE******** Please don’t opt for the pickup from this Walmart. It’s the worst. Waiting at the pickup lot for the past 1.5 hrs and haven’t got items yet. In the app they’ve already made the order as complete and it says items picked up. Terribly disappointed by this behaviour. Walmart needs to fix their app and add a confirmation once items are picked by the customer.

I order groceries online at pickup on June 30, 2022. I arrive in between the time schedule. I waited for 10 minutes but no one came outside. So we called twice and no one pickup. As I left 10:08 and I get notified say my food delivered. I don’t have any groceries. Very unprofessional

Automotive Department: Pit Stop Oil Service Complaint (bait and switch), One hundred percent of the time, if I fail to request that the Associate at the Automotive Service Desk calls me if my oil filter isn't "in stock" prior to performing my Pit Stop Oil change, mysteriously it isn't in stock (hmmm). At checkout I'm up-charged $12.00 (with a $2.00 discount off the store's shelf filter totaling $10.00 extra). The Standard Oil Change Service with extra perks is $29.00 (read on). This business practice really makes my blood extremely warm (peeved off). I feel bilked. If this location doesn't wish to honor the $19.99 Pit Stop, clearly then, the Winchester Location should remove it from their services menu. Obviously, I'm being up-charged for the Standard Service without the extra perks that I don't want or need. This resembles an unethical sales/service technique because it is forced upon me each time I fail to request the call. Possibly a coincidence, yet highly unlikely! It's probably encouraged by management in order to make the department more profitable. May I also add, I haven't seen a $12.00 filter on the shelf for a 2006, 2.3 liter, Ford Fusion. Someone please tell me the brand for my car which costs $12.00. I cannot find it on the shelf inside any Walmart. Otherwise, the service is excellent that I have received from the Automotive Department. If they would simply stop making me feel ripped off, I would have given the oil change service 5 stars. What if I didn't have the extra $10 forced upon me or refused to pay more than $19.99 plus tax. The store should at least be willing to take a retail loss since they failed to adequately inventory and restock that filter. It isn't my fault; therefore, I should held blameless!

So Ghetto and unprofessional across the board...ZERO STARS!! If the money center/rent payment/ bill center close at ANY GIVEN MOMENT THEN POST IT UP!! Don't have people coming in to pay their rent/ do money transactions before 8p.m (I was there at 7:50p.m), if the associate is going to take her "last 15 min break per the lady in the yellow vest") before you actually close. I never come to this location anyways. Just simply came out of desperation. And if it wasn't for paying my rent so that it would come straight out of my account, I wouldn't step foot in any Walmart EVVVER! Too add, maybe you'll appreciate the job/ jobs you've had when the robots take your spot.

The store was clean and somewhat well stocked with all things considering. The rest of Memphis seemed to be suffering from staff shortages but Walmart had plenty of associates on the floor that were willing and able to assist with pleasantness of a Chick-fil-a employee.

Was a bigger supercenter than many others I have been to in the past, and I have been to many. This store was sectioned off more so than most these days, which cam be good and bad. I thought the produce section was pretty decent and overall had a good variety. The stock was pretty full considering it was a day after memorial day. I thought it was pretty clean and organized, especially for being an older store. I will be back and get a few things I can't get at my local store.

Love the service but I honestly hate the parking. The older guy that brought my order out was helpful and nice even though it started raining on him. He stacked my groceries in my car very neatly, which l is different for this location. Usually they just throw your bags in and roll🤦🏾♀️. Customers that are shopping in the store park in the order pickup spots and makes it difficult to get your items. I had to wait almost 15ms for a slot to open. To bad they can't have cars towed that park in those spots. They are clearly marked Online Pickup.

If a zero star rating was possible that is what I would rate the service. My family and I waited over an hour as associates were paged numerous times to the jewelry department. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, I asked to speak to a manager. Then my husband went to the electronic department to see if an associate could assist us. There were multiple associates there making a TikTok.When The manager arrived a hour later, he said he was on the phone with the lady who works in the jewelry department who went home over a hour ago and took the key with her. Not to mention as we waited, my two year old needed to go to the restroom and it was filthy.
