After two days spending several hours at the home depot we still do not have what we wanted, just because no one there cares. The articles are in stock, but to get them seems very difficult. The manager refused to talk to me when an employee called her. This store will definitely not earn my business again.

Home Depot was well stocked, but other than the Pro only section it appeared only self checkout was available. I was number 9 in line. Big stores should have more checkouts available. In addition, the self-checkouts were card only.

Absolutely Nightmare! I purchased a refrigerator September 16th , scheduled to be delivered September 22nd at 4:30. I scheduled a day off for delivery. Called Home Depot at 3pm and was reassured the delivery will come today but running late. I took off from my night job. No refrigerator was delivered, no phone call, no text message, not even a email. I call Home Depot Friday morning, was scheduled for delivery Saturday between 7am -11am. History repeated its self. Today (Sunday) and still no refrigerator! Home Depot has handled the situation very unprofessional. I'm shocked Home Depot has not ended up in small claims court.

This review is for all Home Depot appliance delivery. I’m a kitchen and bathroom contractor so I go into a lot of home that are renovating and changing out appliances. It has been common practice for there delivery to reschedule or deliver damaged. I should have know better than to get my own appliance there. My last experience with our wash and dryer got pushed out a month longer than original date and I ended up canceling and going with Sears. Now I ordered a stove and of course they have given me my new 4th delivery date. Today was my 3rd delivery date. I had to call to check the time because no one call the day before with my 4 hour window. To find out that no one was gonna call because the changed my date and didn’t fell the need to tell me. I feel like they lie to get you to buy. They know ppl are in need of their appliances. No one wants to go over a month with out a stove, washer, dryer or fridge. So they just keep pushing it out another week because they know you want get another appliance delivered that quickly. Home Depot needs to FIRE there appliance delivery. They are given them a bad name.

Before going inside the the store, I was wondering how can easily go about purchasing carpet for living room. When I walked in, there was someone station in front of the store with that information. They were very informative, especially if they didn't know something, they will indeed find out for you! I was impressed!

I consulted the HD app and found the original Spin Mop in stock with a location in the store. I made a trip there and it had the newer model with two wells in the spot were the original is supposed to be. I looked on adjacent aisles to see if there was a bulk stack somewhere and didn’t find it. I looked up in the racking and there it was, up on a pallet on the top rack. I left without buying anything, I was very disappointed.

This review is regarding the garden center. Came here for potting soil and had the pleasure of getting the most aggravating experience. Employees who’d rather socialize with each other instead of attending to the customers and then failing to offer the most basic help. Forgot why I don’t patronize this chain and was quickly reminded why on this visit.

If you're planting a garden, as a newbie or a novice, Home Depot has all of your planting needs: plenty of seedlings, seeds, containers, soil, flowers, etc. Great advice is also given, if you need it. While I was there, they were constantly restocking items that were getting low.
