I had a cursed freezer under warranty that just wouldn't work. Gabe's Electronics came out a few times and was always responsive, timely and very professional. We had Brandon working on our unit and loved working with him. I know how difficult it can be to find the right skilled persons these days. Service: Freezer repair

I had to edit my review from 5 to 1 stars. This time, the owner of the company came to do the job. Gabe managed to be extremely rude on the phone just confirming the apointment time and asking for directions to the property. He would not allow others to talk. He would ask a question and then interupt before I completed a sentence. He put in less than 5 minutes looking at my clean, empty, 1 year old refrigerator before "guessing" it was the compressor and angrily demanding the $280 service fee. When pressed he said he could replace the compressor for $1200 but would not guarantee that that would fix the problem. He was seriously unprofessional and insulting. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience. Just incase you think I'm exaggerating, a friend was present during the job and had the same negative reaction that I did. Here is my original review: These guys replaced the glass top to our stove. I thought i would have to buy a whole new one, but in an hour or so a professional/curtious tech, Scooba, made it look as good as new.

My ice maker has been getting repaired for 2 months and on multiple time I have called after opening a claim . After the 6th of the tech coming out it still doesn’t work . He made me aware that if it didn’t work to reach out to the office and at at point we will contact Frigidaire . I followed up on Monday after still not having ice and they front desk guys advised me he would follow up with the Tech and call me back he never called back . The ticket was closed and I was told that I needed to call to open another claim . After asking why the claim was closed when I told him Monday that it wasn’t fixed no one had a answer this is poor business pratice and horrible communication . I don’t recommend this company for repairs at all

This company is amazing. Always have been on time for repairs. Joe, repair technician at Gabe's Electronics wen well out of his way to make sure that my dryer repair was completed in a timely manner. I'd like to pass along a big thanks to Brandon! He came out to diagnose our LG fridge and got the parts ordered under warranty right away. Came to fix a recall from Electrolux for the ice maker. Don’t know what he did but now fridge is no longer functioning like before. They said they’d come back out to fix it, no one showed. Lack of professionalism and skill is astounding.

Appliance was under warrenty. The came out and identified the problem. After 3 week of waiting I called and they said they could not find the part and told me to call GE directly. I got GE on the line and we tried to do a 3 way call but the tech was rude and refused to talk to GE and me at the same time. I asked GE warrenty to set me up with a different repair company... and they did. Service: Washing machine repair

Came out twice because water would not come out of the faucet on the door. Brought the part which had a huge markup, (around 100$), determined the problem was the new filter we had put on, took the part off, (did not charge us for it) water worked for one day, called them back, stated the stainless hose attached to the water was desegregating and causing a blockage. (Did not charge us for the call) I went to Lowes, got a new stanless hose, pulled the frige out again, put another new filter in,(they are not cheap) and water just trickles. Now I will have to go, get the pump that was broke in the first place, pull the frige out again and replace it myself. Very polite and cordial service technicians, just a very frustrating experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My washer was not spinning, they had a lady come out to fix it over a week after calling and she said it needed a whole new computer system. It took 2 weeks to get it in, once they came back A WEEK AFTER THAT (now on 3 weeks) the lady had ordered the wrong part! Took another 3 weeks to get back with the new one, she left without checking the washer which she had done both times prior and said it was fixed. I put some clothes in it and there hadn’t been anything changed. This being 2 months later and not a single thing had been even remotely fixed I called to get them out immediately as a priority since we had been paying for laundry for 2 months. The guy he would just put us in the schedule that’s all he could do, which is false as we’ve had emergency call outs before with rental properties. He said it would be another week. I let this go and said “can we get a different technician as it seems the lady could not fix it as he said he called her and she explained everything was working and she didn’t know what else it could be. He continued to tell me that was there SENIOR TECHNICIAN (over 10 years service) and she wasn’t there problem. How can you have a senior technician not test the product before leaving saying it works when it doesn’t then say she doesn’t know what could be wrong. Needless to say we got someone else out they actually looked under the washer and knew immediately what it was can have the part in in 2 days and will have it fixed in less than a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS BY FAR THE WORST! Service: Washing machine repair
