Eddie is by far the best in customer service. Always has a smile 😃 on his face, and has that uplifting attitude. He has that special gift of making people's day better just from talking to them. It's a shame we don't have more people like him in this world for it would be a much better place if we did. I hope burger King appreciates and realizes they have the best employ and person working there. I go there every day just because of Eddie.

Food was hot..that was appreciated.. asking us to sit in front of the trash can while we waited-(we were the ONLY vehicle in the drive through) was NOT acceptable.. waited almost 10min in the drive through for our food.

This place should be reported to HQ for immediate closure. I was greeted “welcome to “Whataburger” then the crew (18-21 year olds) continued making silly jokes to each other. Everyone looked busy doing absolutely nothing. I ordered the impossible whopper waited 10 minutes, while the burger was ready for 5 minutes already. In the car my son who is allergic to animal protein realized it’s a regular burger!!!??

I got an order to go and almost had to turn around and throw it in thier face after the first bite tasted like feet. I'm lucky that it was so bad that I couldn't eat it or I would have definitely gotten food poisoning. I would rather stick a fork in my eye than go back.

Everything was great! The food was well made as well as made fresh, the employees were incredibly nice and had great customer service. But my favorite thing was that the store was very clean.

Great food but when people training take your order without the assist they had during the first order and you request a duplicate order exactly like your first order it's an unfortunate surprise on your way to the movie theater. They make you pull forward sometimes, but I don't mind cause it means my food is hot and fresh. Love the customer service we receive here.
