best service i’ve ever seen. All the workers were so nice and friendly. My tire went flat while i was driving then i went to them as soon as i got their the store manager was very helpful from the very start his name is Luis. Then he got his worker to fix my tire in the best way possible. they made my day less stressful with everything that was going on. So thankful for them. they are good people.

I want to thank employee Jason L. For putting my battery that's located under the seat. This young man has a good attitude in doing his duties. And the manager Caleb as well for checking up on his worker's if everything was alright. Refused to service me because of race (young black female) & tried to intimidate me with his lion king scar on his nose by quickly removing his mask & responded “we can’t help you bye”. Highly NOT recommended. All workers were under the influence it was obvious. Horrible location & employees. Every one was rude & on edge like they didn’t even want to be there. Don’t waste time unless you make them some tacos or something because they definitely have poor customer service skills.

Tuesday I called store 6256 looking for a air compressor for a 2010 Lincoln mkz. The gentleman was nice told me what they had. They would also have to order the part because they didn't carry it on hand and that it will be here tomorrow. I pick the part up Wednesday. When I took the part to my mechanic we found out it was the wrong one for my car. We drove to store 5864 to try and get someone who actually could help us. Lupe was more than patience with us. He found the problem and fix it within minutes. I have never met someone so understanding and truly love their job like this young men. When I say he lift a huge burden off of me. Please thank this young men for me. He should be a trainer for all thhe stores.

This auto zone was awful to me...I walked in the door no one said anything...No one said ma'am can we help you or nothing..but 2 Mins after I entered (I'am a black female). A white female enter and every worker there greeted her like she as Miss America! Then they came running to her to see what she needed to find...While I was still trying to find what I need...A white female worker pass me up about 8 times didn't ask me if I needed help...I had to go to go ask a worker for help and he pointed told me where it was and he was gone! The other workers never asked me if I need help No one ask me...I was the only black person in the store...I will never go back here again!!
