My terrible experience isn't at the place itself even do I did get a quote that hasn't been accurate since I started. However the service isn't remotely worth the price and I have to be honest I'm tired of getting cricket levels of service and having to pay yall an arm and a leg. At this point maybe going back to sprint would be better least I'd have a much cheaper bill and just as good quality service

A very corrupt store. My 80-year-old father went into have a crack in his iPhone's screen repaired under his WPP. The representative he spoke with, Jazz, said that WPP wouldn't cover the cracked screen and that he would have to buy VMP, a more expensive level of coverage. This representative lied to and took advantage of my father without any shame so she could make a little commission.

We've been Verizon customers for more than 20 years, never went to another carrier. My husband wanted to trade in/ upgrade his S8. We waited 40 minutes to talk with a Verizon rep. Finally sat down with him telling him what we were interested in plus thinking of upgrading my tablet. Didn't bother to check out our account and says we need to upgrade our plan to ultra. Well we already had the plan. Plus he was still helping his previous customer and not giving us his full attention like a good rep is supposed to. Needless to say we didn't get anything from this store. Worst customer service ever! We're now thinking about checking out T-Mobile.

I have been with Verizon for over 12 years and one of the few times I have to visit a Verizon store I was in to a empty store with only one employee who doesn’t even acknowledge me. I walked around to see if anyone would offer to help and until I mentioned needing help I was told someone would not be able to help me Until someone else arrives Very disappointed in Verizon today

This place told me a 30min wait I was in the store for an hour and still didnt receive help plus I already paid for the phone online . The service here is poor. Understandable if a customer has question but if a customer already did the work for u and they're just there to get their device that they already paid for its second to get them out the way... people hav lives and dont plan on standing around for hours...
