The Pizza arrived damaged and cold as well as the entire order and the delivery service was terrible since I received the notifications that the driver was on his way, it took 45 minutes to arrive, I want a full refund, it was a terrible experience!

Trash pizza place. For one they can’t get an order right off a mobile app. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas after the manager was extremely rude. Dude have any customer care nor could pay attention to detail. One of my Pizzas came to me after a long wait and internal temperature was 136 degrees and fda requirements state on delivery hot food internal temp should be no lower than 140 degrees. My other pizza was 147 degrees. Didn’t want to change out my pizza. Very standoff ish. Didn’t want to change my pizzas tk what i ordered which was thin crust. For a person wanting $15 a hour in a food industry this service wasn’t even worth a $1 a hour. Didn’t want to replace my pizza either that fell below the fda requirements that they’re supposed to follow.

I called the Manager/GM/Owner of this domino’s establishment. He told me it was my fault my $34 dollars worth of food was damaged and he wanted me to wait for the driver to come back and pickup the order. So here I am waiting another hour to eat any food. Check pics below on how my pizza order was handled with care. And then he had the audacity to hang up on me. This Dominos Pizza needs customer service training for sure. The lesson here is, don’t call and complain about the food, take it as they want to give it to you. Soon to be under new management, because without customers they will soon be out of business. (update) 8 months later, Staff is doing a much better job now, I would recommend. Best pizzas in Brookshire, order now!

Probably the best food in brookshire. The easy to use app makes it so convenient to order and pay and then pick up is super simple and not too far. I'm not super picky, but I've been so disappointed with most of the food in brookshire that this was a delight.

I had placed an order and they didn't make it correctly. I called and they told me on my next order it would be remade for free. I then went back to have my pizza remade a month later and they remade it and messed that order up as well I Immediately went back to have it remade And the GM Argued with me on what I wanted on my pizza And told me he would not remake it. After telling him To stop arguing with me and just remake my pizza he insisted he would not remake it no matter what! The worst service ever especially since he was the GM I asked for his Boss's number he told me he wasn't giving me anyone's number.Didnt even deserve 1 star

Worst place for delivery! I ordered from them twice to have pizza delivered to my home and BOTH times it was messed up! The first time the pizza was delivered 30 mins after it said it was delivered, second time it didn’t come at all! I spoke to the manager ( some Indian sounding man )and he was kinda rude and kept cutting me off then told me he would call me back but never did. So after another 30 mins (an hour after I placed my order) I called him back and the guy that answered the phone was nice so I told him I didn’t receive my order and that I wanted to cancel and a refund he told me that it was above his pay rate and to hold for the manager, the manager NEVER got on the phone, so the employee told me that it would take up to 3 days to get a refund! This place needs a new manager and their employees need to be trained properly! So I called Pizza Hut and they had NO PROBLEM DELIVERING MY FOOD and got it within 45 mins and it was on time and hot and fresh! It funny that pizza hit didn’t have any problem! I bet this dominoes location won’t be in business to much longer… this place is horrible! FIRE THE MANAGER! Take notes Dominoes 😡 Pizza Hut is ALWAYS ON TIME

If I could give this location zero stars I would! Delivery showed “complete” which I never actually received. When I called to verify, I spoke to the manager, Alicia who was very rude and refused to contact the driver or give me her supervisors number, she HUNG UP ON ME. When I called back again another employee answered and checked my order and said it showed Cancelled, which I did not cancel. You should never hang up on a paying customer or refuse to try and correct the issue. We will never order from this location again!

I went here on my 30 min lunch break to get bacon jalapenos bread sticks simple right. Waited for 12 mins they made just breadsticks. Honest mistake the guy tells me it will be another 8 mins for my order waited 10 mins and they made another batch of just breadsticks. At this point my lunch break is almost over I didn't eat lunch that day. I will never order anything from this location again. I don't suggest anyone orders here either.
