Worse place ever have 5 employees but none of them are efficient at all they move super slow and do everything in slow motion, I can't believe that I spend over 1 hr to get a statement record print it out,this places seems to have this problem all of them I don't know if is the way how they receive their training? Do they really train them to spend 20 min with every single costumer?? And just to work as slowest they can ??

Called for a simple transaction, have been a bank customer for over 10 years, got put on hold for way too long with no explanation. Even heard them pick up and hang up on me immediately when I called back, completely unprofessional. Truist picked up, so my money is there now.

The manager Rodney is incompetent and doesn't know the difference between an ACH and Wire transfer. This branch denied me and my partner from withdrawing funds sent via wire stating that an INSTANT wire transfer had to process for 24 hours even though it was already posted to my account. Its honestly BS and they really were being discriminatory as they didn't believe that us (black men) could receive a wire of such significant amount. As a long time BOA customer, i've never experienced foolishness like this. Complete disruption to our business. I'm highly disappointed in BOA.

I had an excellent experience at this bank today! I usually have very low expectations in terms of customer service at any bank these days. But Peaches and Michael went out of their way to make my day. I had an appointment that I had to cancel because I didn't have the info I needed yet to sit down with an associate. I ended up coming in 20 mins before closing, and the associates were busy, so Michael went to get someone from the back to make sure I was able to do what I needed to do before the banks closed at 4PM. Peaches came right out to take care of me, and she did everything I needed in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and expeditious, it was great! I will definitely be using this branch as my go-to in the future.

From the security guard to the branch manager my experience was wonderful. I was first greeted by the warmest of greetings by the security guard (I wish I knew his name) but he certainly made this rainy day pleasant. Then I had the great pleasure of meeting Ms. Tamaya and I needed to handle some personal business and she took the minor minutes to reach out to Mr. Bjourn (I hoped I spelled that right) and he was able to instantly approve what was needed, its not the fact that they did their jobs that makes this place wonderful; its the customer service and warm greetings they shared to their customers.

I was in a hurry to make a deposit and left my phone in the Uber. The bank manager repeatedly called my phone until she got the driver. This branch has the most helpful and courteous staff that I have ever encountered. They aren't even my bank but they will be now. Thank you to all the staff at the Flat Shoals Branch !

Horrible! Explain to me why you would have 1 teller working and the line is all the way to the door. Every time I have come here, the line is insane. Avoid this one at all costs unless you want to waste 30 to 45 minutes of your life.
