Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited over 30 minutes to add my wife to my account. Then told would be another 30 minutes, all this while the little bank manager sat in her office chair.

My husband and I open up an account there and had to go in to get things straight several times, the employee knows us when we come through the door. They did finally gotten everything straightened out. At first we were completely unhappy and hated our daughter recommended Chase to us. Cindy is awesome and couple of management are great as well.

The tellers in the bank go out of their way to serve their customers, and make every experience a positive one, However, I am not at all impressed with the very unfriendly head manager, and I am very concerned that the bank lobby is never open. I was told I could make an appointment by calling either the Bryan or College Station branch, and the fact that they never answer their phones and you cannot leave a message prevents me from scheduling an appointment. Is this the best you can do, Chase?

I had an appointment and got there in time. So more than 30 minutes and no one helped us. In this mean time the person that suppose to attend me was talking with a costumer about the speed limit and drive! It’s such a shame for a bank like this :(

Fix your ATM outside. Please have withdraw slips in drive thru. Teller told me that I can go inside use the ATM, If you have kids like I do you wouldn't want to take them in the bank.

Had to call and have questions answered about my account and Cade (I hope I'm spelling his name right) was outstanding. As was the banker Katelyn. Great customer service, theyhthey me immensely. Will definitely be calling them back at this specific location with future inquiries. Thanks again!

If you have kids that you do not want to get out of the vehicle do not get a chase bank account because their ATM is broken every single time I go there. JS. They got a brand new ATM and it’s down every week.

It's so slooww. I bring my business deposits here daily. They have 1 teller working the window and the commercial drive-thru Lane. Ive been sitting in line so far today for 15 minutes. There are 2 cars in front of me and we haven't moved at all. The cars behind me have already left. If it wasn't so much trouble I would move my business account to another bank. There are only 2 tellers that are friendly and quick. The others are rude and extremely slow.

Staff really don't understand customer service with a smile. If you deal with people you need to be friendly. We've live in several places in Texas and I believe this is the most unfriendly bank we've conducted business with.
