GREAT customer service. I was having problems for 2 weeks trying to figure out a problem with my plan. They helped and were very patience with me and solved the problem within minutes

This store location SUCKS went to go pay my cell bill and my services never came on so 2 hrs later I CALLED BOOST myself and a rep over the phone helped me out and when I tried calling the guy who works at that location started to ignore my calls he answered the first 3 times and after that he never answered my calls

Terrible customer service. Store hours say open at 9:30. Almost 10 and still no one one here. Highly unprofessional should change hours if someone will not be here.

I dont like this boost mobile location. They charge you too much to pay your phone bill when its ONLY $50 with NO tax at walmart to get a reboost card

He didn't have the phone I wanted. But he was nice enough to call around and find it for me at a different location. The store is nice and clean,it smelled good inside. And has a huge selection of phone cases and phones.
