Ordered online. Received order totally wrong. Tried to call and let someone know and they kept us on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up. Never could speak to a manager. Waited over an hour for this pizza and what do I get. Not someone else's order..... it has my name but some random barbecue pineapple mess. This is ridiculous because of course now they're closed. Will definitely dispute this trash 🗑 Order 912907973 Edit: went again, Oct 2022 Jack-o-lantern pizza looks Nothing like the ad. The pizza is uncut 😄 I give up with this place .🤷🏻♂️

I've always liked papa johns pizza, for a few years now because of schedule and routes we usually take etc..we had been going to a different chain primarily and they had a pizza with a particular ingredient combination we really enjoyed. I say enjoyed because the other pizza chain discontinued the key ingredient and in so doing discontinued the relationship we had cultivated. I called the corporate office ,but nothing was done. We were cast into a pizza dark ages. It felt like punishment. Today after work I stopped in to papa John's pizza. I ordered the pizza combination we had been getting from the old spot....cue the music! Now dance 2,3,4 It was soo good and we are so happy about it. The gentleman that took my order was super cool nice guy and really helpful. He went over and above it was like he could tell I'd been abused by my old pizza chain Parking: Great location parking was outstanding

Store 4354 is great! They have a very clean establishment, the staff was prompt and friendly, and the food was well done! I have no complaints at all⚡️💯💯 GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

Made an order several months ago and been waiting for a news story to follow up what I was told that night. I waited two hours for my food, NEVER received it, so I called. They didn’t answer so I kept calling because I was charged over $20 for food I needed. After about an hour of calling, someone finally answered and told me I would not get my food because THERE WAS A DEATH IN THE STORE. A DEATH. WHAT?! I ended up ordering Pizza Hut and got my delivery within 20 min. Just don’t even bother ordering here, save yourself the energy and time. I can safely say there has been no news story or article to back this up and I wish I was joking. Never placed another order here.

Thanks to Jeff -I had a great experience at this papa johns tonight. I made a mistake and ordered a stuffed crust pizza but did not add pepperoni. When I got home and realized my mistake I called the store and spoke to Jeff. Jeff was willing to remake the pizza correctly for me even thought it was my own mistake. I was able to pick up the correct pizza less than 15 minutes later. Thank you Jeff!

On 1-24-22 I placed an order from this location, and you are correct this year, at 8:09pm to be specific. I never received my order or even a phone call stating that it could not be delivered. When I checked my account though, they had already processed the payment. This is unacceptable as a business to operate like this and would suggest you might check elsewhere before placing a order here. I had to call Domino’s and received my order and fresh and made the way I want for less and in 20 minutes. This location should be shut down after I read there reviews. Just my opinion.

Ordered a spinach alfredo pizza, and received one with marinara instead. Called the store and asked to get a replacement sent out, and was told it'd arrive in 45-55 minutes. Followed up with the store 90 minutes later to find no replacement order was ever put in. To top it off, the quality of the rest of the order was generally poor. Update: After following up that night when the replacement never arrived I was offered a refund. 3 days later after not seeing a refund I followed up to find that no refund was ever issued.

Twice now, this Papa John's has barely added toppings, or left some off completely. This pizza was supposed to have Spinach, Mushrooms, tomatoes, and Onions. They completely left off all spinach. It barely had any mushrooms or tomatoes, and of the small amount that was on it, they were very unevenly spread out. Low quality pizza - if you want any kind of good pizza, I'd go somewhere else.

We like papa Johns a lot but extremely disappointed with this recent order. please see attached photos pan pizza burned, cheese sticks are totally dry not much cheese and large regular pizza has extremely huge bezels. Hope they improve and don’t disappoint customers.
