Being able to rent on line. Customer service from front office staff was exceptional. Every interaction I had with Jennifer was friendly and helpful. Even though the temps were over 100 she left the comfort of her cool office to help us find our cube and showed us everything we needed to know about accessing our storage space. This is a great storage facility and exceptionally clean.

I was helped by Ed. I chose the wrong size storage unit after I had already signed the lease and done all the paperwork. Once I realized it wasn’t big enough, Ed didn’t hesitate to accommodate me and give me a bigger unit. Ed should definitely get a raise. Super friendly awesome dude.

After 5 years of storage in 2 units, we spent 2 days with 2 people donating, junking and trashing all of the contents. Star, the onsite manager, was very helpful in the process and at some times even pitched in a bit. She definitely shinned a light on our challenging process, which was extremely helpful. If, we need storage in the future, we would definitely return. The place is clean, well lit and the property is walked regularly to keep the integrity of the property.
