This location is great! Service provided by the Manager was also great! Greeted upon arrival! Has some really healthy saltwater fish at great prices!! I got a pair of Maroon clowns for under $40 both came home healthy and are a great addition to our saltwater tank! Highly recommend them ✨

Me and my husband bought our first pet snake here and Blake was very helpful through the whole process and what we initially needed. We do our weekly visits there for food and/or accessories for our snake and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We will continue to do business here🙂

I decided to check out this petco to get some snacks for the dogs & some fish stuff for our bettas.When we arrived their was about 5 employees standing in the front just talking amongst themselves it was pretty slow so we didn't think much of it.we started walking around the store to check out what they had but whenever we came across the employees they seemed almost bothered we were there.They would stare and when we would look back they would walk away like they didn't want us to ask them anything. In all honesty we weren't going to because we know they are retail employees and in most cases don't know much about animals.However when it was time to check out there was two ppl infornt of us and when it was our turn to pay the person checking out just left the register to go stand in front of the door? So we waited for one of the other 4 employees go come and when one guy did he just looked at us and said why are you standing here are you trying to show me the snacks your getting??!it was so cringe we had to laugh amongst ourselves. We said no we are at the regiester to check out... So he called the same girl that was their at the beginning and told her to check us out and she came back sighing saying that she would have to login in like it was to much work?!Im sorry I'm confused isn't that part of your job ?At least show a little customer service you are working retail after all.As someone that has worked retail themselves it's common skill employees should have.Petco please invest in self check out I think ppl would be more motivated to go in store if you don't have to interact with someone who clearly doesn't want to be there .As well as more stuff for aquariums.

This is a hidden gem! I gave them five stars not only because they have a wide selection of whatever your pets needs are but because of their helpful and knowledgeable staff!! The staff took care of me when I was overwhelmed with the new puppy and even assisted me in finding the right leash, Harness , food and even training treats! What's more? They have a new trainer there and soon they will be having group training class for the puppy and dog owners! Give them a try I promise you won't go any where else thanks to the staff making you feel like family!

I actually am loving this store! My cat is special needs and requires limited ingredient food for his kidneys and thyroid. I was on a serious budget as a single mom and was so happy to see them well stocked with Instinct Limited Ingredient dry & canned cat food and it was on sale for a fraction of its normal cost! I bought everything on Christmas Eve right before the store closed and the clerk was super friendly. Will definitely be going back. 😊

The Guinea pigs had no hay. The bedding was absolutely soaked in urine (the water bottle was full). The other cage did not have enough bedding and the Guinea pigs were sitting on hard plastic. I didn't say anything to an associate this time because this is the third or fourth time I've seen the store like this. It's a regular occurrence. Please take better care of these animals.

I was at this location 3 days ago and the animals had no food, were on damp bedding, and neglected. I spoke to the manager, Cassandra, on the phone yesterday who assured me this was unacceptable and conditions would change. These photos are from today, 24 hours after speaking with her. The animals are in worse condition and nothing has been done.

I will say it's a small, old looking store with few animals but it's expected I'm sure due to CoVid. It was sad seeing all the empty habitats. Even the more reason to grab a few birds. Anyways. I wanted to take a few of these birds out of the store and give them a loving home. What happens to the animals that aren't sold? We never know, go save a few birds like I did. They are amazing little creatures. They represent freedom, something we're all trying to find right now :)

Most of the staff are very good. One is a little aggressive. Animals seem healthy, but the fish tanks have lots of snails and some tanks had hundreds of these white worms on the glass of the tanks. I notified staff, but they didn't seem too bothered.
