Despite coming at 3.15 pm during business hours bank of closed. No notice on the door. How do they plan to service their customers? Edited in response to "owner reply" : 1. Hours on the door showed open till 4pm 2. Called the phone number for the location which stated that hours of operation were till 5pm. 3. Entrance door was unlocked but second set of doors were locked. Before posting this kind of reply please actually call the branch and find out if they did close the doors during business hours. Next time if they need to run errands or have a meeting at least post a notice on the door indicating when people should return. There were at least 2 customers trying to get service.

I went to this location with a handicapped person for the drive through teller. The drive through was closed. They are going to move their account to a more accessible bank.

I have commercial account with BOA and I use this location(Spring cypress and Hwy 290) regularly. They have a counter with sign for commercial customers and a sign showing the separate line entrance to that counter. Today, I stayed on that line and the teller next to the designated counter told me that I am skipping the line should go behind the other line. I said, then remove the posted signs, She continued arguing with me and later called another employee to her. He (one Roger) came out and told me in a very harsh voice that I should not cut the line. I asked why there is a sign for commercial customers, and I am a commercial customer. He was very loud and rude. He said, "I am telling you, don't argue with me". This guy definitely insulted me and violated my dignity while I did not break any of their rules. He need to be disciplined. Also the asian teller who un necessarily stepped into the matter, need to be taught how to talk and behave with customers.

Broken ATM Constantly. No bank tellers, low staffing. So end results, long lines and poor customer service. Never ever wasting my time in your location again.

Wow completely speechless the worst banking experience of my entire life. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I drove threw the line and arrived at the window, instead of the lady’s telling me if was closed she shut the blinds on me. I went inside to speak with a manger and she took the first three minutes to justify why her employee did not speak then concluded with an apology. Next, i needed to exchange currency, i asked twice if they offered this service. I waited in line to ironically be given the same lady from the window as my teller. 1 minute later she let me know they do not exchange the currency i had. I’m not irritated about the money rules are rules it’s the EXPERIENCE that took the cake for me.

1-2 hour wait to get a check verified before cashing it. And I told myself I was going to open an account here since the credit union is so far. Nvm, the lobby is full and line is to the door. This is ridiculous!!

I have been calling during business hours for days and no one ever picks up. One of the representatives that works at this branch location put my business's phone number on her business card, so I am constantly receiving her calls. I have tried numerous times to contact her to fix the mistake (ridiculous mistake, at that). I am shocked at how sloppy and unprofessional this location is.

Bad service. This bank does not do money orders even though Bank if America promotes it. After waiting in line, you will be told to go wait in line at Walmart. It's supposed to be a $5 fee with $1000 cap but they will outrught deny you service even if you have an account. That's not in line with company policy.
