The staff here are very professional and polite. Especially the associate at the first/reception desk. Eli the banker who assisted with my transaction was very professional and helpful and efficient. I was nervous based on some of the other reviews. I will say they really encourage you to use your tools in the app and online first, but I am okay with that. It is why I was here (i had gotten locked out of the app and didn’t have my acct number anywhere else). Overall my experience was great.

I was in a hurry and needed some details changed on my account, and Mitchell Huynh went out of his way to squeeze me in in-between appointments. Most would not have done that, so Kudos to you man! Need more people in customer service like him.

This is the first Chase branch I’ve been that does not have ATM INSIDE. Only drive thru and that one is not working properly. Just to withdraw money has to wait in line. And when I was there there were 3 tellers but two of them were serving one customer so 1 teller has to serve the rest. And it was 7 or 8 customers there. When you are in a rush it is very upsetting.

This is the best branch I ever experienced. People work there are always very polite and very helpful. I love to go there before pandemic. Things are certainly changed nowadays but they remain professional and courteous. I went to the branch the other day to get some cash and inquired some new bills. Sunnysuraj helped me get exact what I wanted patiently. I am very thankful to him and the branch.

I went to open my first bank account yesterday and Katie may be the nicest and sweetest person on Earth. She was super friendly, fun, and patient with all my questions. She walked me through everything step-by-step and made sure that I understood whatever was being shown to me. I'm glad that I chose Chase and that Katie was the one who helped me. This is by far the WORST Chase location I've ever dealt with. I truly believe they are using the pandemic as an excuse to not work. They will not help you unless you have an appointment (when other locations will). The branch manager couldn't care less if she tried. This location is nearest to my home and after repeat disappointments in the treatment of their customers, I drive out of my way to another location.

I tried seeing a banker today and was told it would be 2.5 hours and if I could make an appt and come back later. I would say that’s not good client service.

I had a bad experience with the Manager (Jennifer Espinoza)working at this bank.I walked for the 1st time at this bank to open an(business account) for my business and she told me to wait 20 min because it was really busy in there.She told me someone will provide me a Link to do it online which i said is fine.I waited 45 min and didnt see nothing happening,but as soon as someone walked into the entrance she helped them and took them to their office..I was really upset and told her what she did was wrong..I walked out.What a bad experience at this bank.Chase just lost a good customer!!I will never open an account with Chase anymore!!!
