I have a business account with Chase and scheduled a phone meeting with my "account manager" Nick that works at this location. He didn't call on our scheduled meeting and also sent an email with no response. I called this location and the person that answered the phone said Nick was with a customer and that he would return my call. It's been two days and haven't received a call. First time contacting Chase for a business inquiry and it is very disappointing.

I recently made check deposits for 2 different amounts from the same person that threw a red flag to my account. I tried calling the fraud department to try and figure out what the issue was. No one would give me a straight answer. Yvonne the Branch Manager was very helpful and was able to get my account released and my funds available right away. It took about an hour but I was totally satisfied with the end results. I of course had all my documents needed to help prove that the person writing the checks to me were legit. Thanks again Yvonne for your time and helping me out with this situation.

Came to deposit money in my account and both atm's are down and the inside close and last time I came to this location was over a month ago and same problem. If you aren't going to be open atleast have your atm's working!!!

Awesome location with great customer service! I came in to open both a checking and credit card account. I was hesitant because of reviews but after reading them, it seems like people just didn't get their way. Nick helped me and was one of the best bankers I've ever worked with. I was able to get in and out in a timely fashion with every one of my questions answered. I am telling you, ignore the reviews and give them a try!

Attentive staff, not satisfied with the branch customer needs. I deposited money inside the bank and I needed to use the bathroom and one of the staff told me there’s no public bathrooms. Customers aren’t general public, and if I was told that the day I’ve opened my account this company wouldn’t have had my business. I’ve never had a problem with other branches nor other banks that I’m currently banking. Customer’s needs and satisfaction are a priority.

He should be respectful when speaking to others and mindful about the way he conducts business. I hate to leave negative reviews but steer clear of this man!

What I dont like about this location is that they want you forcefully to use their Atm. Every time I come in the windows are closed...Atm 🤬.

Very nice store but the last time I came in there, there was no one there to tell me where to sign in or if I just sit down and wait. I was looked right in the eyes by a Hispanic young lady who addressed the Spanish people who came in, in front of me but she said not a word and I stood there for about 5 minutes before I saw the same girl again and asked where to sign in. I was told there was no sign in and I just sit in the area and wait for someone to come out. So I did that. The process was otherwise great. I took care of what I needed to take care of and the banker was quick and efficient. Prior I only went in to deposit my business checks so never had to speak with anyone as they have machines there will deposit for you. All and all it is great to have a Chase closer to my home. Been banking with them since I was old enough to open an account.

FINALLY a Chase Bank on this side of Cypress! Stopped by today for the Grand Opening and met the awesome staff, to include Executive Director, Wes and the Vice President, Yvonne. Garrett even showed me around their new facility. It's definitely top notch! The outstanding design of the office cubes, walk up teller area, ATM stations and comfortable waiting area are just a few of the nice amenities. The drive thru hosts the newest technology in ATM design too, even though there is only one. Appears that future plans will include another one soon. I see this Chase being a HUGE asset to this community and surrounding areas. Wes, Yvonne and Garrett are definitely off to a great start! Welcome to the neighborhood.
