The staff here are very professional and polite. Especially the associate at the first/reception desk. Eli the banker who assisted with my transaction was very professional and helpful and efficient. I was nervous based on some of the other reviews. I will say they really encourage you to use your tools in the app and online first, but I am okay with that. It is why I was here (i had gotten locked out of the app and didn’t have my acct number anywhere else). Overall my experience was great. ~Nancy

A day ago, I used this ATM again after it seems to have been locked during the Coronavirus pandemic. This location appears to be working again, although the card reader only gives you a couple of seconds to remove your card and open the door before it locks again. ~Bill

I recently made check deposits for 2 different amounts from the same person that threw a red flag to my account. I tried calling the fraud department to try and figure out what the issue was. No one would give me a straight answer. Yvonne the Branch Manager was very helpful and was able to get my account released and my funds available right away. It took about an hour but I was totally satisfied with the end results. I of course had all my documents needed to help prove that the person writing the checks to me were legit. Thanks again Yvonne for your time and helping me out with this situation. ~Ron

When banking, I usually expect it to be no less mundane than the rest of my errands but my experience at Primeway Cypress was amazing! The staff were extremely attentive to my needs and made me feel welcomed. They were efficient, effective and personable. ~Kennedy

The customer service in this branch is terrible. I waited for over 40 minutes for nothing. I explained to the front desk lady that I was there to make a small transaction, and that I was on my lunch break, and I had to go back to work. They obviously don't care. I came back to the same branch the following day on my lunch break. I called their customer service number because you can't call the branch directly to try to make an appointment before I got there to ensure I would have enough time to get the transaction done and make it back to work on time. I was told that I couldn't do that, and that I would have to check in in person. This is such an inconvenience. When I walked in I was asked to wait in the waiting area. I waited for about 10 minutes, then the front desk lady came up to me and said that their system went down the minute that I walked in, and that I may have to wait longer than expected. She also mentioned something about me calling their customers service line. While waiting, one of their reps asked me to get in line to see one of their tellers. She said someone else would help me with my request. So I had to get in line and wait once again although I had already been waiting. I believe this was all personal. I feel that they were retaliating against me for calling their customer service line and leaving this review (I came back to edit the review and added the second incident). I am not the one to leave negative reviews about a business. I was nothing, but professional during both visits. But this really crossed the line. I was there to give them business. And I was treated like I was an inconvenience to them. This is really poor customer service. ~Miguel
