The staff is nice, but twice now I have tried to make a purchase and items were $3-$6 more than the advertised price. Both times they refused to honor the very clearly visible price they had displayed.

Staff was rude, the lady on the main picture when you google the store accused me of stealing a donut after I showed them that I clearly had just set it down, the man lied and said he seen the camera, and they told me to leave for no reason!! They don't know how to handle a place of business !

Walked in to buy a pizza because I a saw 711 had a deal for $5 and the cashier said “ no she didn’t want to make it cause she had no help” my kids were highly upset.

Im giving 2 stars and not 1 because usually the staff are very friendly and I never had any issues with the staff. However on more than one occasion, they had items on the shelves that were expired(expired string cheese, and yogurt smoothie both over a month expired) STIRKE 1 STRIKE 2 On 2/14/22 Me and my husband walked here expecting to buy some snacks after a date night. The doors were locked and there was a sign on the door saying they close at 12 AM. IT WAS ONLY 11:08 PM ! PLEASE DO NOT FALSE ADVERTISE TIMES . If your store is supposed to close at 12 pm then we expect your doors still be open at 11pm. My husband told me this was NOT the first time this has happened

Worst pizza ever, what else to say? Once in a blue moon do they have the hot fresh juicy buffalo chickens and pizza. Most of the time the food is old, lukewarm, and rubbery, and it makes my stomach go brr. On top of it all, a male employee there is not very friendly. Don't try it, it's not worth it.

This 7/11 is always unorganized, unclean, and the night staff are incredibly rude. DONT COME HERE!!! There are plenty of other 7/11's within a few minutes away from this location that are way more clean and respectful to customers.

The tall bald foreign middle aged guy who is a cashier here (I didn't catch his name) is extremely rude and disrespectful. He was yelling at me. "Are you okay" he says. I don't know what his problem is, but that's not an acceptable way to talk to people. I came back later on and gave this place a second try, but he continued to be passive aggressive towards me. Just like that, 7 eleven lost another long time customer. I hope this grievance reaches the company at the corporate level because this is beyond unacceptable.

First off the employee that works at night at that location is a hard worker..he never stops.. it's like he always moving or working. the store is always clean nd very organized. that young man he's white is curidious to go out his way to help and assist customer's..

7-11 always gives the very best service to their customers. The one accepting is the Downtoen Dallas location on the DART Light Rail lines. The person in charge here seemed, to me, to act as though he doesn't "give-a-flip" about customers safety.
