It was an awesome visit in the store today!! With the help of the store attendant,who by the way gave exceptional customer service today. I forgot to get the attendant 's name and he was wearing a name tag,but I didn't wear my eyeglasses in the store. Kudos to the store attendant for providing such awesome customer service!!

Spoke to a gentleman named Joe not only was he rude I have never been to this location I called to see if they had a game in stock he had me on phone for 8min and I finally hung up called another location n they helped me so much better it’s as if he was bothered by the questions I was asking change ur profession if ur gonna be miserable with future customers so disappointed I will be contacting cooperate to let them know about my experience don’t go to this store there so rude here

I walked in there on Juneteenth and the manager was non greeting that day. No one acknowledged me or my son walking in. It was very awkward and it changed the way I felt about making any purchases. I decided to walk out the store and take my business elsewhere.

Terrible the ole lady just lied to me amd the her co worker face she told me to swipe my card but the recient said cash the cash register open wen she told me to swipe my card i giess she thought i was dumb no ma'am im high on point especially my money she need to be fired she has done this multiply times

Don't know what the movie trading company uses to clean their game CDs but got two from them and they scratched none of my other games had this problem took them back and he was very rude and disrespectful on the return never had this problem when I purchased games from GameStop then he tried to blame it on my system there is nothing wrong with my system it's whatever they use to clean their CDs all of my games work perfectly and none of them scratch I have over 50 PS4 games
