They forgot to send (submit electronically) my taxes for more then a month until I called them; because Franchise Tax board did not have any record of my taxes filed. Then I received a letter from the IRS Stating it was an error on my taxes and I need it to pay almost 2,000.00 when Gloria's son told me I need it to pay 540.00. I find out about it so late and now I will be really strain with no time to save the money, I only have 2 week notice from IRS. I recently moved from CA, this is my first time filing in Texas and this is the most irresponsible place I ever encounter in my long life. None of the two times they messed: the CA taxes not submitted or the Federal mistake that they gave me an apology for. Even more the receptionist could not find me by social or by name and keep telling me that I did not filed with them until the actual accountant intervened . DO NOT GO THERE

Nice people. Overall place is too small. They don't take appointments which is inconvenient. Seats are very limited.
