If I could give 0 stars I would. H-E-B has always been my pharmacy! Today I had a horrible experience. Cassie, gave me the absolute experience today. She refused to fill my sons prescription because they were closed. I told her my sons medication was send at 7 and she cut me off and said “no it wasn’t sent at 7 “ with an attitude. I said I have been waiting in like for 20 min and you’re gonna tell me my prescription isn’t gonna be filled? My son has croup and needs his medicine this is not for me it’s for my 1 year old! She asked the pharmacist and I heard him say no we are closed. I stayed there for 3 min and the pharmacist tommy said did you need something else? I said she (cassie) didn’t come back and tell me anything she left me here standing . I need my medicine or give me the prescription to go somewhere else . He said he couldn’t give me the prescription. He ended up filling it up for me in less than 5 min . I got my medicine and asked who I could complain to . Tommy replied “ I’m sorry ma’m it’s been a long day”. My response was, I work in health care long day or not hard day or not you do not treat a patient that way much less a mom who needs medicine for her son. What has happened to healthcare now a days? Horrible experience and it aggravates me how inconsiderate people are . You do not mess with my sons health and you will not treat me this way. Cassie couldn’t even come back and talk to me or look at me in the eye. Shame on you and I hope you never have to feel this way with your kids because guess what you will or like it.

I was waiting in line for a good 5 min with only one cashier and all other workers looking at me. As soon as I was helping an older white gentleman stepped in line and one of the ladies almost ran to ask how she can help. Sad, really.

Would give 0 starts but thats not an option. Said everything was fine and prescription would be ready in 30 min. Get there wait the 30 mins, then the staff rudely said would be another 30 mins because the pharmacist that spoke with on the phone didnt put it down as we were on the way after the call but for the mext day. ....? Makes no sense, then they continue to go back and forth with us about not being able to get ahold of the dr. Thats when there was suddenly a problem with what the doctor had wrote, but none of this was ever said the hour we stood at the front desk waiting for medicine for my grandmother that just had brain surgery not to long ago. They lied about calling the dr. Office to clear it up amd fill the prescription because we had the same dr. Office on speaker phone and they heard that and informed them that the office has recieved no calls whatsoever. So 4 hours later and they still have nothing filled and still dont know what they are doing.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this pharmacy! Speedy service and friendly staff all the time, no waiting in 30 minute drove thru lines here! Not to mention even with insurance their prices are far lower than Walgreens and CVS! If you haven’t looked into switching to this pharmacy, I would highly recommended it!!

The curbside at this H-E-B was wonderful!! They were so quick and prompt to bring me my order and the employees were so nice and helpful. They fulfilled the order completely and accurately! Such a great experience, I will MOST DEFINITELY be returning!!!
