I've been going here for about 2 and a half years. They provide great speedy service without any extras. The prices are reasonable and their mechanics actually explain why a service is needed instead of just suggesting things. Adrian did an excellent job explaining the services I needed and suggested which ones I prioritize. He's a great communicator. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

First time there, greeted immediately, service was quick, explained what they did(except ask what kind of oil I wanted)/recommended etc, everyone I encountered was nice BUT they did not put the oil cap back on under my hood … traveled immediately to Columbus GA (they also were aware of) after getting the oil changed and during travel my car was smoking and smelled of burnt oil. Oil spewed out everywhere. My whole engine all under the hood & inside my tires are covered with oil. Puddles of oil in between everything all the way down underneath. I get it, things & mistakes happen … this is just a mistake that needs to not happen in my opinion. I called & was told a manager was going to reach out to me.

I went to another shop before coming to speeder oil concerning my AC being broke. I showed them the previous shop’s quote and they were able to fix my AC for $700 less and got it all done in less than 3 hours. Extremely grateful!!! Service: A/C installation & repair

Everyone was nice and Carl, my mechanic, was very informative and educational. I really appreciated him taking time to go over everything with me and give recommendations. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything but was educated on the mechanics of my vehicle and it’s operation.

The customer service was EXCELLENT as soon as I arrived. Employees greeted me very kindly and each of them had a positive attitude. Mr. Woodrow, one of the employees, gave great advice and opinion on the maintenance service that I needed. He took the time to explain a few of the auto parts & their importance before just giving me the bill to pay. I can tell that he cares about each customer & enjoys the work that he does. Great job! I've been going to this Speedy for the past few years and their service is always amazing!! This time I had Brian attending my car - and he was great in educating me on what my car needs, but not in a pushy way. I really appreciated that and learned something new!! Sharon checked me out and she was very friendly and sweet! I've worked retail for many years and customer service is always high and my list and this place checks it off!! In addition they always do a great job on my oil change. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my oil change and car needs!! Service: Oil change

Sharon greeted me as soon as I pulled up with a smile. Her and Brian who took care of my oil change were both very helpful. I really appreciate the great customer service I received here and will definitely be coming back. Even got a few friendly waves on the way out from the other service techs. Absolutely go somewhere else. Went in for an oil change and my ac to be checked out. $500 later and I’m told to bring the truck back in a couple of days to check and make sure there were no leaks with the ac. Load up the twins the next day to take them on a drive thru safari and guess what. No ac. Obviously there is a leak. Bring it back and verified a leak but they close at 4 on Saturdays so they want me to bring the truck back Monday morning. I explain that I would try but more than likely it will be two weeks as I am a traveler in the medical field and have to be in Kentucky on Monday. They call my ex wife on Monday and guilt trip her saying that someone showed up on their day off to fix my truck. They never once tried calling me. Fast forward to today. I drive overnight from Kentucky and after checking into my hotel, bring the truck over at 1130. I’m told that it will be approximately 1.5 hours before they can get to it. At 300 the gentleman is still working on the vehicle before mine. Though this is of no fault of his. Obviously he will not be able to get to it before closing time. I politely ask the lady to have them back my truck out of the bay as I have to meet the ex at the hotel by 4 so I can see my children. What happens next is what really gets under my skin. The guy that backed my truck out of the bay gasses it and peels out of the bay, jumping the speed hump and slamming the brakes. Completely unprofessional. I will not take another vehicle to this location. Things like this happen and as someone who travels for a living, I understand that time is money. BUT, the disrespect shown when I asked for my truck was too much. Not to mention a lobby full of kids that could have easily been running around outside when this person decided to act like a child. The workers here were really friendly! I came in for an oil change and was able to find a coupon online that really helped the cost. Both people that talked to me about my car explained what was going on really well. They also made some suggestions on the services I needed to get done. No one was pushy and trying to make me buy services I didn't need, which I really appreciate when it comes to auto mechanics. I think I was there for an hour or so. Overall, great experience, really friendly and helpful people, and I will definitely be seeing them again!
