Food was good and the facility was clean so no complaints here.

The restaurant was dirty, most all of the tables hadn't been cleaned, the condiment bar was blown out stuff missing stuff scattered everywhere trash on top of it. The restrooms were nasty and dirty if you look at the pictures there's a couple of floor that eight different times a crew member walk past and never picked up. We had crispy tacos and evidently they're stretching their food cost as much as possible because there was wasn't even a teaspoon of meat on each taco It was full of lettuce and very very little cheese We're very disappointed in the quality of the food it was put out as well as the cleanliness of this restaurant I highly recommend area supervisors come in and clean this place up or it will go by the wayside fast

I consistently order through the app so that my food is ready to pick up, but THIS LOCATION will not even bother to start your order until you come in to pick it up. The whole point of the app is to save time, but this location ruins it every time. It doesn't take 30 minutes to make 2 items. It should have been ready when I got there, but NO, I had wait an additional 10 minutes on top of the 25 it took me to get there. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

Please move the no trailers sign to the front of the parking lot instead of the back where it is impossible to turn around. We had hoped you copied the sonic parking lot. Other than that, best food at 1AM!

We had the worst meal I have ever had before today from Taco Bell. We order 4 tacos and a Nacho Bell Grand. The Taco shells and chips was so stale. The Grande was so salty. Only reason I didn't bring it back was because I live out at Lake Fork gas is just way to much .

I am updating my review because the manager of this Taco Bell made my order right. She wasn't rude or defensive. Just listened and gave me the food that was originally left off my order. The service the team members provided was good, very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. An unhappy mistake was corrected and that's a sign of a good manager and team. I will recommend and return to support them!

Just got my order, and started eating right away. The food was EXACTLY how I ordered it. So maybe it’s hit or miss with some people? Cashiers were super friendly too! However, if you’re paying cash; use exact change; and their lobby is closed.

Ordered a party back with extra fire and diablo sauce, didn’t get any taco sauce at all. Had to turn around to go get some, got home and they shorted me 2 tacos. Check your order before you leave. They obviously don’t pay attention to anything.

I have been eating at Taco Bell since a small kid in the 80's all over the DFW metroplex and locations differ in the quality of food and in customer service. This Emory location is a step above the rest. The staff is excellent and the food is by the book. It is made exactly to specs and not just thrown together or shorted on ingredients like a lot of other locations always seem to do. I was sure to visit this location many times and order a variety of foods and also repeated items to check for consistency. Keep up the good work Taco Bell!!!
