They sold my wife a phone, (Motorolla Edge 5g), that can't be repaired. Only had phone 6 months and it went out. Verizon doesn't work on it and when we took it to a repair shop they can't order parts for it because it says it's a Verizon proprietary part. Verizon wouldn't do anything other than try to sell us a new phone. Total scam! Next I, or my wife, buy a new phone it definately WILL NOT BE THROUGH VERIZON!!!

He has a tremendous amount of patience. More than what I can say about other surrounding Verizon locations. I highly recommend him to anyone going in to the store.

I got to say this is by far the best Verizon experience I have ever had. Jared went out of his way and showed extreme professionalism and handle every single one of my problems easily. I was on the verge of getting rid of my Verizon phone line but Jared himself made me continue staying with them. It was just a really pleasant experience.
