Pharmacy performance is unacceptable. Walgreens apparently decided they don't want to actually run a pharmacy, they'd rather fill everything offsite and have to ship it to the store. Only thing is, they never fill it so it never gets sent. They consistently failed to fill my medications even when I ordered the refills over a week before I ran out. Long wait times. Ridiculously short hours. Why is the store open practically 12 hours a day, but the pharmacy hours are practically impossible to make if you work a typical day job (9-5)? Medication is not something to play with, people actually need it. Finally switched Walmart pharmacy. Better hours, faster service, and more reliable.

Automated system has called 4 times this year saying prescription is ready when it is not so today I called them. I have now been on hold 48 minutes. Started with 2 calls ahead, then 1 caller ahead, now just hang on. STILL WAITING. Taking my business elsewhere.

The people here really make this location what it is - long wait times, surly staff, and a “let me think of why you can’t do that” attitude every time I’ve had the misfortune of visiting. I’ve never once had a smooth or pleasant experience while visiting this Walgreens, and would recommend avoiding it if at all possible.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They keep cutting their hours and I've been there 3 times in 3 months when they either couldn't find a pharmacist to come in or they had to close up at 3:30 "due to extenuating circumstance".

For the pharmacy no one answers the phone. You are on hold until you get hung up on. I have been on hold for an hour before. No communication about medications. They take forever to fill. Lines are always long and it takes over thirty minutes just to get your prescription because of long lines. The pharmacy needs a lot more staff and more available hours. They open and close very early and are completely unreliable.

Place is under staff takes forever to get meds filled they close at 6pm most people can't get off work and pick up there meds because they close to early always a long line inside and out they are way to busy for there staff they need more help bad and need to stay open later than 6 pm youest to be my favorite but not now I feel sorry for the few pharmacy employees they have they a seriously over worked maybe they can change that I hope so

Rude staff! We just asked for some pictures; after they were taken, the employee went to help other customers and made us wait like 10 minutes. Note that we were there first. We were trying to call the employee back, but she just kept doing her own thing with other customers. After that, the employee gave us attitude like it was our fault. She even had the audacity to leave again until someone that looked like her manager arrived and finished her job, which was literally took the manager 10 seconds to do.

Didn't have prescription in stock till next day. The following day it wasn't ready at 10:30! Finally got it at 2:30. After insurance, the cost was $60. Good RX dropped it to $15.50 at Walgreens but the cashier refused to take the discount price because she had already rung it up. I will never fill prescriptions here again.

The hours are erratic, supply is undependable, orders of normal drugs can take weeks to fill, and the surly male pharmacist will tell the staff to blame doctors when the fault lies in-house.

First I would like to say I've used Walgreens Pharmacy for years never really had any problems with them other than them being slow sometimes. But this morning was the worst I've ever experienced anywhere. I was there alittle before pharmacy opened, so right on time the pharmacist "Sharon" opened everything up by herself. Phones were already ringing off the wall, customers in line at window, and me all waiting. She had no help at all and when she asked her manager for someone to help out just until she was able to get everything calmed down and together. She was told and I quote, there's not anyone else here to help you, your on your own sorry. So she politely asked ok, well do you mind helping this customer at the window so I can help this young lady "me" that's been waiting please. Managers response " ughh I can't be back here all day or to really help you" stomps over to window helps customer, then turns around and walks out of pharmacy! Also the store was not busy at all so she was not needed anywhere else from what I could see. So as the phones continue to ring the pharmacist comes back to me continues to apologies for the wait. I told her no rush I completely understand, I've been there too. She smiles goes to computer and unfortunately everything was just all out of wack. She asked if I could come back and was so very sorry for the delay of things but needed to get on the phone with corporate to get computer fixed and restarted. I was alittle upset and a bit agitated about it all but couldn't help but feel so sorry for her because she had no help and from what she was told by a manager was she had to fend for herself until I guess they could call someone to come in. Needless to say point to all of this rant is through all the chaos and overwhelming things going wrong she was still so sweet to me and personally called me to let me know my script was ready, also I had other items I was going to by at the time I was trying to pick up my Rx, she even offered to go get those same items for me and she would have them ready for me, to just come through the drive thru window. That is true customer service, I told her that there was no reason for her to do that, that I had already purchased those things when I was there before but that it was very kind of her to offer. Thankfully when I got back up there, someone else was back there helping her. Moral or the story be kind others. I will also be calling corporate tomorrow to file a complaint about the manager and how unprofessional she was in front of an employee AND customers!
