This store is the cleanest I’ve ever seen! The cashiers are very polite and helpful. I pass 3 Family Dollars and 2 Dollar Generals just to shop this location. They’ve done a great job getting the store stocked over the past couple months.

I don't know the managers name but she's a red head and has a stank attitude. When I asked her a question she responded "I just work here". She's extremely lazy and has trained her employees to just say no so they don't bother her. It's terrible and I really don't understand how any district manager could place her in that position. She's gonna get slapped one day!

Anyone know when this store is going to get restocked? This place is my usual spot to get quick items, but everytime I go in, the shelves seem to be less stocked than before. Used to be me go to, but looks like I'll have to shop elsewhere.

This store has revolving doors. Due to the manager is very rude, cashier line can be long and the manager ( Robin) will just walk up and look and walk off and stay in the back. I have came in the store and seen her just sitting on the floor. This store needs a new manager because this one is lazy and also very rude! She has very poor customer service / and she talks like trash to her employees as well.

The manager should be fired! I went there 2 days ago, she was rude not only to me but other customers as well. If you ask me I wouldn't want someone like that being manager at my store if I were to have one. She is inconsiderate of the costumers, and looks like she hardly knows how to do her job. I don't think I will be going back there after receiving an attitude after asking a simple question. 1 star for not hiring a manager that can respect costumers.

I will never be shopping here again the manager was rude and ignorant, with a nasty attitude. Why would you hire someone with no respect for customers. I'll be shopping at another location.

Michelle was so helpful in sharing her knowledge about the garment I was buying & I thanked her for caring enough to speak her thoughts to me. She responded, "That's because I love my job". I told her, "it shows".

This store has really come around since they have remodeled. Family Dollar is a great alternative to other stores when you just need to pick something up real quick and not deal with huge markets. Clothing was never something I considered buying from a "dollar store" but once looking at what they offered I was quite impressed. Being a frugal shopper like most of us are I've had people compliment me on clothing items that I bought from here and only paid $8 for.

Rude cashier. Walked in and spoke TWICE and didnt say anything. Im big on customer service and my day was going good until this incounter. Ran into a nicer cashier my next visit, she was really pleasant.. other than that I go here bc its 5 minutes from my house.
