I give this place 5 stars for the amazing service and the employees are so friendly. I love the hot tubs, the classes and the workout room. Everything about this gym is amazing, it’s pretty pricey but totally worth it to work out at. 5 stars definitely for them.

This is a very nice gym, but the lack of security in the parking lot is concerning. I was one of several people who had their car broken into this week. We need security in the parking lot during all times of operation. Update: 9/18/22 They have improved security since I made this original post.

very nice gym and the people who work here are very helpful. I would say out of all the gyms in Houston that I have been to this place is worth the price. It's always clean and none of the machines are ever broken. You get what you pay for. they don't haggle you to do membership offerings like all the annoying salesman do at other gyms.

The staff here are great, some of the other members not so much. I’ve noticed the women’s locker room has been getting trashed at no fault of the attendant on shift. I wish people would stop pouring out their water bottles in the wet sauna in an effort to create more steam. It’s also super not chill that people leave their bags on the lounge chairs by the locker room hot tub. It’s disgusting that some members use five towels at a time and then leave them on the ground throughout the locker room. The attendant on shift is constantly picking up after everyone, it’s just more than one person can reasonably handle.

Sometimes it feels like in a ghetto. They did not implement a "no cell phone" policy so you have to listen to other people watching their soap operas, news, video phone calling throughout the facility no matter where you are, cafeteria, working out or even spa area...Imagine sitting in a sauna relaxing and having a chick that has just moved in the country thinking America is second grade and having her middle eastern music out load like we are on a dance floor to make a statement. Kinda strange to observe people thinking others need to hear what they are into and the management is okay with that.

I pay 140 a month to be able to use the whole gym, so I don’t think it’s fair how’s when there’s group trainings at random times a day I am not allowed to use certain equipment. I wish that would of been shared before I got the membership. Besides that, it is the best gym I’ve been to! The gym really does feel like a luxury gym and is always super clean.

Unfortunately after this last week my 4 star rating has now dropped to a 2. There are only about 2, maybe 3 people working with the kids I feel comfortable leaving my children with. They need to do better. The child facility is beautiful but the “caretakers” have much to be desired. Parents, stick around, or walk away and observe from the hall once they think you’ve left and just how much your child will get neglected. And I’m not the only parent today alone who had an issue with child care. Good caretakers are like good teachers, you can tell who wants to be there and who’s just clocking in for their check and sadly the majority of workers here aren’t up to par; especially for toddlers they’re lucky to have Ciera, Alyssa and Cody, but I’ll never be letting my toddler there without his older brother and sister around or one of the above care takers

Very clean and nice facility. The free weight area was smaller than I would have expected, but there are a wide variety of different machines. The morning hours (6am) wasn’t too busy, and I didn’t need to wait for a bench or rack which was nice. The locker rooms and lifting area were very clean and well kept. The music was a bit loud throughout the gym, but nothing overpowering. Good experience overall

We are in town for a few days and this was the closest lifetime form us. I loved the layout for the bathroom/jacuzzi/sauna/steam room. Everything looked great, clean, organized and in perfect conditions. It has a different layout for the weight room than I am used to. A bit smaller than the Onyx we are members to. But nonetheless a great location!

I initially enjoyed my Lifetime membership. I never had an issue until recently and believe that Lifetime needs to train their employees better to avoid ruining a customer’s account. Lifetime has levels to their gyms, and the facility type drives membership dues. I originally had the membership for Baybrook, but because my job is in Houston, I decided to change my membership level to go to the City Center location; this was before Covid. City Center is more expensive, but recently I decided to change the membership back to Baybrook to lower the cost since I no longer go to City Center that often. This is where the problem arises. The employee did not inform me of the changes made to the prices. I was locked into a rate since I joined years ago, but Lifetime has since changed its prices. The employee lowered my membership level, but since Lifetime raised their prices, I am still paying the same amount as before; my membership price did not decrease. So, now I’m paying the same amount of money but for a lower level, and I do not have access to certain facilities anymore like City Center, and if I want to go to City Center, I will have to pay the new rate for that level. If I had known this, I would not have changed my membership; It makes no sense to pay the same amount but get less. I went to talk to the employees, but they were not helpful and acted as though they couldn’t do anything about this. Now, I’m stuck with a choice, either stay with a company that doesn’t respect their customers and doesn’t fix the mistakes they make, or I take my business elsewhere. This is unacceptable; when a company makes a mistake with one of its customer’s accounts, it is the company’s job to fix it. Instead, Lifetime seems not to care and forces its customers to pay the price for the mistakes the employees make. Train your employees better; when making changes to someone’s membership, the employee should always inform the customer of the pros and cons and any other changes that may have happened. More importantly, you should own up to your mistake and fix them.
