Highly disappointed upon arrival was told there were too many people at the store and I had to wait for more people to leave I had no problem waiting however aftwr about 8 people leaving the store I asked how much longer would I have to wait only to hear an employee yell she was going to lunch so we would have to wait, could’ve been told that and they may they were short staffed in advance. Blurted it out and locked the door super rude to everyone in line someone was asking a question and they just slammed the door! Could’ve handled the situation way better ! Rudest cashier ever !! I went in today and bought clothes and she was complaining the whole time how it was going to take forever and then processed to get upset with me . I didn’t know we couldn’t buy clothes here !!getting mad at me because she has to do her job . I also felt bad for the other girl she was working with it was her first day working there she was the sweetest person

My experience in this store was the worst, i was told by Sabrina , the cashier, that i had to empty out my little carry on basket. not only did she do this with attitude but i was nice enough to do it even though it wasnt my job. then when something didnt have a price tag on it, she told me that i had to be the one to go and get it or i would be charged for stealing. as much as i wanted my purchases, i didnt even continue to check out. she was rude and didnt know what he job duties were as a cashier. i wouldnt recommend this store to anyone and if you do go in, expect terrible customer service. little did she know, i use to be an employee of family dollar and this was unacceptable behavior. im waiting for the district manager to give me a call back .
