The bland, overpriced gyro was cold. The kid took the flacid meat out of a bin and put it on the flat grill for a minute but that wasn't enough to heat it properly. Gyro meat should be cooked on a vertical rotisserie, giving it a bit of crispness. If they had one it was hidden in the back. The tzatziki sauce was bland, a useless white paste invading my sandwich. The pita was doughy. The fries were also bland. Sorry, I'm used to gyros with bold flavor. This wasn't it, and I felt abused by the $15.35 charge. I give it two stars only because the portion was generous.

Great service, efficient, and tasty Cheesesteak sandwiches… the hot sauce used for the Cajun style wings was delicious as well.

I bought kids meal which has fried chicken, small fries and drink. Fried chicken is made very poor quality mostly battered with flour which is not even cooked. Chicken wasn't even fresh and was very hard. I would never take my kids here.

Had the Gyro sandwich. It was actually really good for the food court. I think the price was a bit high, but again, mall food. The service was super quick and professional. All the staff were friendly. Would take a look if you are in Memorial City Mall.

Tasted great. But... when I asked the cashier what the total was, she held up her finger and then proceeded to swipe my card before telling me my total cost. Ended up spending more than we intended. Who charges someone's card before confirming their total with them first? Also, employees made me feel weird for putting different ingredients on my sandwich. Overall, weird experience, employees definitely made sure to show that they didn't want to be there. Good food, though. The one at Willowbrook makes me feel way more welcomed.

Cheese stakes are delicious, but custom service could be better, some workers are rude with an attitude, pressuring me to order quickly when I was asking my small children if they wanted a cheese steak or something else, would not let me finish my order. The GW cheese steaks at first colony mall is way better then is one..

This place gets 5 stars for being fresh, having a vegan option, and having a $5.99 special for a gyro and fries!! Free samples, and lots of smiles at this food court favorite. There are other even healthier options here at Memorial Mall food court but they are about twice the price. We end up choosing gw cheesesteak most times!

FAST AND TASTY!! IF you want something healthy and filling get the special gyro wrap with falafel which comes with a side of fries or order a nice salad. Great and friendly service for a food court at a mall. Not too bad for $10.

I came to the Downtown Location wanting to like what I was buying for lunch...the food smelled good, and the menu had some interesting selections. My experience started off rocky, because the man behind the counter couldn't remember what went into my wrap (sign in big letters on the wall next to him detailing the ingredients), and even with help from his coworker, they changed my beef to chicken, opted out of bacon entirely, swapped cheeses and flooded the thing with sauce. But they had already made my food, I was hungry (and I'm not picky), so I shrugged it off. When a $6.50 combo mysteriously turned into $9 at checkout, I became leery. But such prices aren't unheard of in the Downtown Tunnels, so I once again shrugged it off, took my wrap/salad combo, and headed to the office. Why did I pay for that trash? The quality of ingredients was disgusting. I'm not sure what you have to do to chicken to get that 'rubbery' like consistency, or what needs to be done to feta cheese to make it into a cottage cheese glue, but ew. And the excess sauce? Yes, it did make the wrap soggy. So much so that the wrapper disintegrated and mushed into the tortilla. Yummy. I don't recommend this place, even if someone else is paying.
