Everything was great. My nurses were Crista and Rachel, my doctor was Dr. Black and I didn’t get to catch the older gentleman’s name from the X-rays/CAT scan but they took really great care of me; made the whole experience very comfortable, lighthearted, and were very patient/sweet. I’m sure they’re very tired working hard/long hours but I truly appreciated how amazing they were!

My young adult son received care here several months ago. He was treated in a courteous manner and seemed to be well cared for. I was treated here this Saturday for a possibly urgent medical situation. I was assessed quickly and thoroughly. Every staff member was kind and professional. And explained every step of the process. Thank you!

The physician Debra and the charge nurse Cynthia were just amazing. I came in with an emergency around midnight and they helped me right away. Treated me with care, kindness, and professionalism. The guy at the front desk was a bit cold, a little rude and unfriendly, and another male nurse was rude as well. but other than that, my visit during my treatment went very well with the ladies.

Staff was very rude. The doctor was yelling when I walked to the back saying he was leaving that he can’t do this. I find this VERY unprofessional. When he came into the room he still had a attitude and was very short mannered. This is the worst medical treatment I have ever received. The whole staff was not happy to be at work.

One of the doctors (older women with short hair) told my husband he shouldn't be in pain that nothing is wrong with him he wouldn't have gone if he wasn't in pain they just don't care about the patients she was very dismissive they need better motivated doctors here it's a Emergency room y tf would he walk in if nothing is wrong with him! He has gone here multiple times the OTHER DOCTORS get to it with NO PROBLEMS.

Worst ER ever. My 1 year old was having a allergic reaction and HCA ER was the closest to us. When I walked in there was no patients in the lobby I told the security guard (big African lady) that my baby was having an allergic reaction she kept telling me to register first… I demanded a nurse because my baby was having trouble breathing. We go in the the room and a white male (RN who also told me was a firefighter, had a tattoo arm sleeve) was incredibly rude and had no patience for my baby who was in pain. He brought a popsicles and threw it between my sons legs while they were trying to take his BP. HORRIBLE STAFF I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT ER EVER AGAIN.

I went it for abdomen pain and bloody stool and all they gave me was pain killer while I was there and then prescribed me 6pills to ease my pooping. They didn’t tell me what was wrong with me or anything but they were excited to charge me $250 for absolutely nothing. I’m still in pain I still have diarrhea and bloody stool. They did not help me at all. I absolutely don’t recommend anyone going there!

I’m sitting up here right now as I type, the security guard and nurses up here are very rude. It is a very slow process I do not recommend anyone to come here they will let u die.

Unless your dying, you won't see a doctor. The nurses do everything. Personnel are very cold and don't care about you. If your lucky you might get Tylenol for your pain. I will never see them again. Your better off going to a real hospital.

Came to this location 6/11/21. The Asian doctor and her snarky RN side kick took one look at my strep infected throat and told me I needed surgery. I went back hours later when I was sure a new crew would be there, they listened and got me fixed up. Thank you Dr.Black. However those other two women I’m sure couldn’t keep a fish alive. Only giving a 3 because Dr Black helped me when I went back. Other than that it would be a negative 5 stars
