Absolutely disappointed on the customer service provided at this Kroger. Went in for help and all I got was attitude from an employee. When I submitted the complaint, I was brushed off like nothing. Kroger you should train your employee Nakia. She gave so much attitude and annoyed. Treated us like she was our boss. Terrible customer service. Nakia

Store looked great. Wished they had more Mums but I'm sure more on the way. Kroger bone in rib eye steaks on sale.

Looking for Powerade drink. Asked customer service. Told me lane 4, found. Looking for gold bond body wash. Asked pharmacy. Showed me the gold bond section, didn't the item. Travel size section, didn't have it either. Self service paid for the Powerade. Asked for proof paid sticker.

I like shopping here and they often have good deals but it's a hassle when half the time the deals are not in the register as you ring your stuff up. Tried many times to use a digital deal but they never work.

This is one of the nicest, most up-to-date Kroger locations in the North Houston area. They are on the corner of Westview & Wirt (TAKE THE CHIMNEY ROCK/ WIRT EXIT ON i10 WITH A RIGHT TURN) This Kroger has stocked shelves with great products and trustworthy prices! They have so many departments with friendly associates that really help 💛 Also, having a nice Starbucks built-in is a huge plus+!! There are several areas where you can rest or relax while shopping, and more. Try them out, you will enjoy your experience 😊

We love this Kroger for our weekly grocery run. The staff is always very friendly and the prices are great. Whether we're doing a pick up or going in, we're hardly disappointed with the service. My only complaint is that sometimes the produce is a hit or miss (particularly the fruit). Overall, we're satisfied with this location.

If I could leave less stars I would. I have never been belittled in my life & the manager Michael was talking to me & my husband like we were incompetent. I will be contacting corporate - that behavior is unacceptable.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience at this Krogers Store at Wirt Rd and Westview Dr. The aisles are wide and merchandise presentation is very good. I especially like the Produce, Bakery and Deli departments. I always find the best bananas at Krogers. There is Starbucks Coffee shop in the store and gas station in the parking lot.

Okay selection Kroger. Love the design on the outside. Neat to have a coffee shop inside, otherwise basic and missing a few items found at other locations

Honestly I don't know what's going on with this store, are they going out of business or does the general manager just not care? Two stars for the very helpful employees, and for the bacon Master cookie man in the bakery making the stores amazing announcements. This place looks like it's in shambles, going out of business, and like the general manager checked out at some point. I've been in a lot of Kroger's shopping all over Houston for instacart and this one is just unacceptable. The customer in front of me wasn't even able to get his change back because "wells Fargo stoped giving them coins". While the employees apologized profusely, this is not their fault, where is the general manager? Where is the regional manager? Y'all need to step up and not expect your staff to struggle thru those working conditions.
