I took a elderly young woman shopping to p/u a few things, but after all said and done, 2.5 hours later. We finally got everything she was needing. We went around the deli and fruit and veggies only 3-4x she ships by meals, so it took us awhile to get through the store, The store was upgrading the vegetables section at this location. All the employees was helpful in assisting my elderly friend. Other than just going on every isle, the store was clean, restroom was clean, and fast checkout. My friend is picky when bagging her things, but with the cashier, the sacker and myself, we got it just as she was wanting. She left happy, and I was ready to go to our next stop.

Been shopping at this location since we moved to Houston almost 2 years ago. I've always loved Kroger, but this location disappoints me every time I go there. From searching for a shopping cart in the parking lot...cause they're always out inside...or no one to bag my groceries. I go early mornings after work cause I'm a night shifter. I always have a huge load of groceries that I have to end up bagging myself...along with the cashier 90% of the time. No one from customer service comes down to move the lines along. Last time I was there, they had 1 courtesy clerk on the floor and he was stretched in all areas. I bagged my groceries and by the time he got to me I was pretty much done. I used to work for Kroger when I was a teenager and that was a huge deal in getting customers moved along quickly. I stopped going to HEB because of the crowds and overall high costs for produce that was halfway expired. I now shop in the Cypress location after work because the experience is just better. Wish I could just drive down the street close to home...

The bakery never has fresh french bread, I always have to wait for the senior workers in the deli who are outside smoking to come back in to process my order..... PLease PLEASE change the oil you all use to fry your chicken ...... its always soggy and oily and taste 4 days old. Other locations have supreme fried and baked chicken...maybe having cooks and actual bakers would help.

The starbucks in this kroger is trash, I've had multiple issues with different employees working the starbucks. Theyre straight up rude, stay on their phones and one lady even refused to give my toddler water when it was 100 outsise. The management refuses to do anything or reprimand those employees, definitely plan on contacting corporate

I visited Kroger 363 on 08/21/22. Susan, front end self checkout clerk was approached by a customer who displayed an uncomfortable situation by using inappropriate language and tone towards Susan over the lack of grocery carts. Susan maintained her professionalism to decompress the confrontation. Here's a thank you to Susan for her integrity!

7/18/22 update same POOR service! I'm done for good!!. So I thought it was my imagination but it is perfectly clear to me that Kroger’s has lost respect for its clientele. Initially I thought it was just the VOSS location but now I’m certain at this Westheimer location that they really just don’t care. Randles has completely lost their level of customer service so unfortunately I’ll be left to shop at H-E-B but I will no longer shop at stores that don’t take into consideration that consumers do not want to wait in lines with no support and shop in a nasty store if you can’t afford to staff the store figure out other ways of operating but don’t make the customer have to pay for it or in the end your company will!! All self checks are filled with large order as there is only one full service line open. The store looks a mess many shelves are messy or empty. I don’t have to pay to be mistreated I’m gone!!

I don't like giving bad reviews. This Kroger has a large number of kind and wonderful employees. But they have a serious issue with expired product. Check ALL expiration dates before you buy! I came across three expired items today and accidently bought one of those three. Now I have to go and check everything I bought to make sure there isn't more.

After about 6 PM each day, lines are ridiculously long. They normally have only one or two cashiers working in the evening. Self service line is incredibly long also. And they continually run out of shopping carts. I’ve asked them about this and the response was that people take them home. I don’t understand why other stores don’t seem to have that problem, or they figured out how to solve it. I mean they have none as in zero carts to be found, even after surveying the parking lot. A totally mismanaged store.

This Kroger sucks big time. Unfortunately it's the closest one to me but it's so bad that I often drive to the Voss location. They always run out of carts on the weekends (the carts also suck, please replace them) - either cart man always taking breaks or they are understaffed - most likely the latter as there are always huges lines at checkout. Also noticed that their inventory is terrible here. They always have items out of stock or not available, especially higher priced premium items. I don't recommend this Kroger anymore, it used to be great 5 years ago.

Came here for a quick shopping trip while running other errands in the area. The store was clean and organized. I had no problem finding items I needed. The checkout line was moving at a normal pace. Christmas tree options for the holidays at the entrance. I had no problems during this trip.
