We ordered two hungry buster jr meals and a kids meal,l. Waited awhile to get cold sloppy burger and fries were not cooked and very greasy. I had to put them in the air fryer. Very disappointed! We are already home but I need a manager to call and I want a full refund.

I’ve been here several times over the years and was never really impressed with the level of service that I received. I don’t know if they’ve changed Management recently or what, but the last couple visits I’ve had the service has been exceptional. If you quit going because of the bad service in the past, give them another shot. 👍

Great little spot! Great staff! A team member came by our table to ask if everything was OK, and that's the first time I've ever had that happen at a fast food restaurant. It was great. Food was awesome.

We only ordered ice cream treats, no food. The cutback in staff well known in our society these days did not miss this establishment. Slow on customers so service was acceptable, although I have never understood why fast food employees never pay close enough attention whereby the customer has to repeat the order. Come on. The order came out quickly, hence two of the three stars. The other is just for the DQ name.

This location is not good. It’s always out of some kind of ice cream or their credit card machine doesn’t work or something is broken. Also, it is pretty dirty inside. The last thing would be how slow they are (painfully at times).

Meh. Not my home DQ but I expected better product. Waited longer than normal for a sit in order. Brought it to me in a to go bag. Nice cashier. I don't think the kitchen staff was up to par though.
