Went here to get my shoes exchanged. I must say is a nice store with a good customer services but the shoes st. John bays shoes is no no zero for me in this life. All the shoes are too tight 😫. Went in yesterday to return my dress that I paid $70 and they told me they will give back $15 just 15, what!!, u get to be kidding me now. I took my dress back

Extremely slow service in the Returns/exchange area. They really should be able to do that at ANY register. There was one lady back there for the longest time and she was moving at turtle speed. The line was super long.

Ouch- what happened to the prices here? The sale prices are a joke but the clearance section is better. This location is understaffed, the lines are too long and the doors need to open on time or have better hours. The store itself is a mess. There is no order to the clothing section. I saw a dress that I liked but the dress was on multiple racks so I could not find the right size. Items need to be together. It honestly looks like they just place things where there is room and that there is not an organized way of doing things. Good luck finding what you need here. Please clean up this location by organizing and hiring more people.

JCPenney is okay but it certainly is not what it used to be many years ago. It was a go to place for linens and domestics, but not really anymore. You would be very lucky indeed to be able to get a full set of towels, rugs etc at one store and often even online and the quality is less as well.

I give 3 stars for the clothes being cute. I've only been in the store a few times but I can't help but notice the quality of the clothes does not compensate for the prices. That's why I've never actually ended up purchasing anything here. I was very close, but i was looking for a size medium in a particular skirt and the lady running the shop laughed and explained that the sizes are "European"

I don't frequent JC Penny too much. I like a few of their clothing items but not a lot. Their Big & Tall section is pathetic. It's down right insulting. A 3xl or a 3xtall is a common size, but in the store the selection is weak! They always say, "try our big & tall selection online." If I wanted to shop online I wouldn't be here in the store!!!! I can buy from any store online but I want to see the items, feel the material and try them on! Just like smaller people do...duh! Their larger size jeans are almost all stretch denim. I hate stretch denim. It looks great and feels good when you first piut them on. Then after a couple of hours they just sag and feel awful. The store was very clean. Clothing was organized, better than most stores. The staff were unseen except for the checker which was not interested in friendly talk. Scan, pay leave.... that's it. I said you have a nice day. She responded "who's next?"

Just got this location 1st time here looking for king comforters and bathroom rugs but there are too expensive as compared to online,I don’t know why there is a lot of different.just gone check with other locations and see if there is any offers.will check back to see any offers

Major inconvenience shopping here. I purchased pants with my mom. And the cashier forgot to take off the security magnet. I went on my lunch break from work to see if they can remove it. And was told I needed a receipt or the card and refused any solutions. Now I have to find even more time out of my day to get this situation figured out. Teach your workers to do their job right because they caused me an inconvenience and a headache.

Absolutely love the great deals that you can encounter, with very good quality clothing. From higher end brands to lower end. Meets everyone's budget. Be patient and look at the clearance section 1st then venture out to the other areas. Always be aware of the online and in store sales, or app promotions as the associates don't remind you of any promotions.
