Went in for a pair of shoes, and they were lovely! The staff where nice and the overall experience was pleasant. The shoes were in great quality and I’m still getting use out of them many months later!

I came in with clothes to donate only to be told that they can't be in a garbage bag even though that policy is posted no where on the website or on the store entrance that I saw. I drove from Cove and wasted valuable gas and I am furious. I've been to other locations and this has never been an issue regarding what kind of container the clothes are in. This store's rules about what your clothes cam be on is so ridiculous and it seems like they actively discourage people selling items. Put a sign or notice up on the website so people don't waste time if you're just going to turn them away!

They passed on all the items I brought in, after walking through the store while waiting I was shocked as a majority of their clothing was very outdated and very Ross old lady style clothes. However outside of the reviews I read the store smelt good and the staff was very nice! Just a little disappointed on the items they are looking for seems they are geared towards one genre of ppl.

Absolutely love going here they always have fresh and cute finds in the mens and womens if you go in the morning. Super affordable too!

Always a good experience and friendly staff. They have a great selection and the store is always clean and organized. The items are also always clean. I have been to other locations that had a lot of dirty, stained items and muddy shoes for sale, so I really appreciate this location having pride and standards to sell nice items. Prices are very affordable to purchase. Nice extra money to sell items as well! Good job killeen.

I had a great experience selling my items. The staff was very friendly but the one that stood out the most was Maria she greeted me as I walked in and just had excellent customer service. I will definitely be back to purchase some items because they sell my favorite brand at a cheap price
