Great pharmacy, no complaints. Inside they are doing the best they can with less employees. Try to remember that. I take advantage of the 2 self-checkouts. Save tons of time!

Vinnie is the least helpful person that works here. Please try to do your job and be helpful- you immediately give an excuse as if it’s a solution because you’re too lazy to walk away from the counter. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to get to H‑E‑B from now on. Good luck in life.

I came in at 4 pm and I had essential coupons for free items due to being a loyal member. Vincent was my cashier and was very rude. God bless

Worst CVS I’ve ever used. Been there a few times bc it’s close. The pharmacy messed up my prescriptions several times, so I stopped using. The store itself is terrible, too. I kick myself every time I go because their shelves are seldom stocked, particularly in the pharmacy area! I always end up having to make a second stop at another store bc I wasn’t able to find what I needed here. Even basic stuff like cold medicine and allergy meds.

This USED to be the best pharmacy in town when it first opened and the lead pharmacist was an African-American female who transferred from Main Street. She was AWESOME! But after she left, the service has gone down down down. I have had 3 bad experiences with the pharm techs at the front desk. All three were super rude and one even closed the gate in my face and screamed "we're closed for lunch" in a very rude manner and smirked. Yesterday a tall lady with blonde hair was rude with a "are you picking up" soon as I walked up --- I had not even opened my mouth as I was giving her two scripts. I think that will be my last time there. (I just loved Eckhards/CVS for years but we may have to move on to nicer pastures).

Store advertised to be open until 10pm and upon my arrival at 9:20pm the doors were indeed open. However, nothing could be purchased because the manager, in an effort to leave as soon as possible, had already closed the registers. It just doesn't make sense and caused me to miss a night's work.

This location is standard for CVS, it's what I expect. There hasn't been any incredible experience with customer service but also have not had a major problem to be resolved. It's meh. It's convenient distance from my house but that's the only reason I go here.

Hi! I'm a former (not this location) CVS pharm tech of several years. I know how tough it is to work at a retail pharmacy and how easy it is to get in a funk mood... But, everytime I come in, I'm greeted with smiling faces! And they immediately come to help me. I've had absolutely no issues with them. If I ever have any questions the pharmacist is quick to answer and give reassurance. This CVS team is strong and dependable and I'm happy to have them as my pharmacy. :)

I’ve frequented this location for over a year and have never experienced an issue; however, yesterday I did… I plan to contact CVS customer relations to make a formal complaint, but want to advise the general public of a couple things… For one, if you are using the pharmacy drive thru I suggest you request that your form of payment is placed in a bag before being returned in the dispenser. My debit card went missing because the pharmacy tech failed to do this. Secondly, the general manager (Jeff) is extremely unprofessional and combative. There was a gentleman I spoke with soon after the incident occurred named Vinnie. I believe he is the assistant manager. Vinnie was very courteous, empathetic, and professional. He explained that I would need to follow up with Jeff the next morning regarding the issue to look into things further… I have NEVER met a manager at any establishment that treated me with such disrespect as Jeff did. If ever you experience an issue at this store and need managerial assistance, I strongly suggest asking for Vinnie.

I ordered a photo magnet from CVS with a free coupon to try out their photo services and got a confirmation email that stated that my photo was printed. I come the following day and the employee told me that they had ran out of magnet supplies and that the photo was not ready. I did not mind this. I come back a week later and there was a different employee. He just asks for a name and size of photo. I gave him my name, asked if he needed the confirmation number I received from the email which he wouldn't even look at and he just stared at me with no helpful advice. I told him that I know my photo was printed and that I got an email and told him of what I was told a week prior. He then talked back saying " That could bel, since everyone got a free magnet". To me this seemed like misplaced frustration with a customer. After that I came back in 2 more times to try any names that it could have been or the letter code that was given through the email. The last time I was in there a manager was standing next to him and wouldn't even acknowledge me or that this was an issue. In conclusion: CVS lost or gave away my photo and couldn't give me any decent customer service to try to help my issue. My privacy is violated if that photo had gone home with an unknown individual. This CVS needs help big time because it is not a good look for the company. All three employees I dealt with were terrible or miserable and it makes me question the company as a whole. Also, the store was disorganized and there were several empty shelves. What is going on at this location!?
