My oil plug had stripped on me. Previous mechanic used impact wrench to tighten the plug. True automotive got the plug extracted and had no problem using my oil and filter. I’m sorry Mrs.Cathy no disrespect to you or any of the crew you guys did an awesome job!! I had to wait a few days to make sure everything was everything, and now I have to let it be known to any curious eye looking to get serviced and do business with you guys look no further! I got recommended landa auto by the guys at take 5, I had fuel bank too rich issues my car was jumping and being weird, and I feared what most car owners fear when visiting mechanics COST!!!
