Someone was able to take $1000 from my acc forging my signature. I filed a police report and went there to speak to GM and from the door person to the supervisor everyone treated me as if I was the criminal. It was pointless no responsibility on their part. The signature was not mine, I had my debit card and I don't have checks so i don't understand how someone can Just get money like that. They filled a withdrawal form and the teller just handed the money yet they wouldn't even help me get some cash out my acc or at least apologize. The excuse given to me was that new tellers make mistakes sometimes and that the bank uses a different system that doesn’t verify signatures. What?! Crazy! Still waiting for the investigation and out a $1000. They won't even look at the camaras and refused to tell me who the teller was or at least acknowledge they mess up. Run away from this branch. Something really mess up is happening here.

I am very upset at this location with their bad customer service. I walk in to the location at before 12:30 pm and i only two see 3 people in front of me. Omar the clerk i walk up too him and ask where do I sigh to talk a representative, he tells me to sit down and wait. Later he come back to me and tell the waited will be over an hour. I told that fine, then he come back tell the representatives have schedule appointments. That they mind not be able to see me, that i should make the appoint now for Monday. Not sure what kind of training they have but i am very disappointed. If they are in rush to leave at 2pm they should request the day off that what i would done

The notary person at this branch wouldn’t sign my judges form even though the notary at the Chase by my house signed my petition for my name change, WHICH IS APPOINTED BY THE SAME COURT. They want you to pay the person next door. The only reason I came to this one was Bc the one by my house wasn’t in today. Screw this branch, the reviews don’t lie

Don’t come here, 1 hour and still waiting just to add someone into my account, at 12:45 the personnel start to tell people that every person in the list is gonna take 45 minutes and of course it’s because they don’t want to work. A lady was offering to go to another location in coral way and 27th.

Went here with my dad to open an account. I was impressed with the customer service being provided, not only to me but to the other patrons. They were friendly, and smiling and tending to everyone, making sure that we were all taken care of. The bank was nicely decorated for the holidays which also puts you in the Holiday spirit. It was clean, and organized. Everything seemed to be in order and all the customers were happy as well. My dad and I have been going to this bank for years and they have always been service oriented and helpful. Happy to see it's stayed this way throughout the years.

Hardly no employees I went early morning came out sat in my truck to finish my transaction old lady pulls up sow close she couldn't get out I pull out to help her and park side ways on the way out at the end of the lot next thing I know she's knocking on the door to tell me that she's in charge of the parking lot and I either park right or get out and if I didn't like it she would escort me to the manager personally. Really!!! I asked her name and called Customer service. What a place to be harassed and the worst part the lot was empty. Mine is the white Chevy and she has blue compact behind me.

The teller that help me today yahaira Corrales was rude I was asking her a question and she would answer by moving her head and I told her you can't speak? How can you have someone working in the bank with bad customer service she didn't even smile and she said I gave her attitude. The reason I gave her attitude was because she was rude at first and unprofessional. If it was up to me I wouldn't rate not even 1 star.

Today this Chase Location customer service was horrible.Their customer service is just as bad if not worse. After not being able to be attended I went to the branch manger to complain. The branch manger which is a she. She gave me a bad attitude.The Personal bankers were taking at least 1 hour per each customer. Which means a lot of people left this Chase branch. The Elderly customers were treated like street dogs. These personal bankers were unprofessional towards the Chase customers. I hope the Chase gives better training for these useless Chase employees on this branch.
