Wow! I am very impressed with the good, quality furniture! I am renting furniture and housewares from Charter, for a short term lease, for work purposes. The company was very professional and prompt throughout the entire leasing process. The delivery workers were very courteous and polite. Again, the quality of the couches, coffee/end tables, dinning room set and bedroom furniture are beautiful in appearance, clean and brand new looking/smelling. I would highly recommend Charter for anyone looking to rent or buy furniture.

Wow! This place has much more selection and stock than a lot of the big box stores when it comes to office furniture. We needed 2 lift desks and they had them in stock. At Nebraska Furniture Mart those same desks wouldn’t have been available for months. Price was the same. You get the feel that this is more of a local mom and pop place versus a big box store. When we went to pick up the desks one of them wouldn’t fit in one of our cars. The sales guy then proceeds to help us remove it from the box so it would fit in our car - totally unnecessary. Very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and be back for future needs.

This was one of the easiest and best furniture buying experiences I have had. Monte was absolutely top notch! He has the best communication of any person I have dealt with in this industry. He was helpful, accommodating, and was quick to find the furniture that I had been having issues locating. I intend to return to him for all of my future furniture needs. He even managed to set up delivery for me. When asked, he moved my date with ease and even let me know when they were onsite to load up my furniture! They were quick, careful, and respectful when delivering everything. The furniture is gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend Charter Furniture!

I walked in the store and didn’t see a single employee. As I’m walking by the couches, I see a man sitting behind his desk on the computer. I know that he knew I was there because I was on the phone and the only person in the entire store. He said absolutely nothing. No greeting, no acknowledgment, so I walked right out. I would never spend my money with someone who doesn’t even have the decency to speak.

I purchased new commercial office furniture from this location. Monty was extremely helpful. He had all items ordered and in his warehouse the next day. One item arrived damaged, and Monty had a replacement available the same day. Absolutely outstanding service at fair prices!

My wife and I went there to look at FlexSteel furniture. We were helped by Elton. He was very nice and professional! While looking at a new couch I mentioned that I needed a couple of springs for an older FlexSteel recliner that we had. I could not find them online and I went to another FlexSteel dealer in Grapevine (they did not even want to help and were more interested in selling a new recliner). Elton had me send him some pictures of the recliner and within a day or so he said he had some extra springs they would give me! The springs worked. Their prices are good as well. We are going to buy a new couch there once our house closes later this month! Thanks for providing great customer service!!!!

Great experience. I have been shopping for bedroom furniture for over a week. When I walked into Charter Furniture I was immediately greeted by Joe. We told him what we were looking for. Although they did not have the type of set we were looking for we continued to look to get ideas. Joe found us and showed us their catalog and was able to find exactly what we wanted. After looking at a couple of more stores we returned and purchased the set with Charter. The quality of their furniture is very good and reasonably priced, but it was the excellent, going the extra mile customer service that brought us back to purchase from them. Our furniture will be delivered and set up Friday and I do not expect to be disappointed. They have proven already that they will go above and beyond for the customer.
