IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS, I WOULD!!!!!!!! Renter Beware!!!!!! Stay away from the CUBESMART in Pearland off Main St. - 77581. If you have a claim, management (Rose) will ignore and forget about it and brush it off. BAD, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No follow up text! Calls! Email with the customer whatsoever!!!!!! Do yourself a big favor and GO ELSEWHERE!!

I have been at cubesmart for 2 plus years and the store manager has always been polite courtesy with every interaction when people store their personal belongings it comes down to trust in the company and the standards that are upheld by the manager and their team I live out of state and don't have no worries about my belongings as long as Rose the manager is over looking that location it is rare to come across someone with integrity genuinely caring and quality in my profession is to find talented managers and leaders Rose is an asset to your company thank you again Rose

Great place and they keep it very clean. Bad part is they keep raising the rent up every 6-8 months my rent is now $ 120.00 more then when I first started renting my space

Clean, accessible facility, site seemed secure too the whole time I was there (4+ years). My climate controlled spot stayed clean and dry. They had a couple rodent issues during my stay (feces in my spot, once a dead rat) but they also kept trapping/poison. My guess is that had to do with people bringing them in with their stuff and they kept killing them so I can't complain on that much. Unfortunately they punish long term renters b hiking rates about twice a year and they keep going up even once well past the market going rates. I asked and couldn't get a long term contract. So I moved 10 units down, same facility, on a 'new' rental and saved 50 a month (no joke) at least till the ear was up and they started hiking rates again. M advice, if your renting long term, look for a place with a contract option, theytake advantage of how inconvenient it is too move once your here until the price you out.

The Manager, Rose, Is The BEST!!! I've used many storages over the years and I have never had such exceptional customer service and help! She was extremely helpful day 1 when I moved in and has assisted me throughout the last several months. I have recently even transferred to a larger unit because of Rose and the service her team provides. I spoke to several CubeSmart's in Pearland and chose Rose's location simply because of the knowledge and assistance she provided right from the start. Use this location for any & all of your storage needs!!

Great experience! Booked my unit online and did all paperwork before leaving home. Email confirmation included everything I needed, then Rose called me and answered all my questions and got me situated. They streamlined the process with technology and kept the human element. Overall a wonderful experience.
